My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. “Visited this pharmacy today for the first time, I was in the area so it was convenient. Staff really pleasant and helpful. There was a huge queue but all were dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.”
