“Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!”

“Had a fault with a pair of shoes within a few weeks of purchase, so emailed Ego around 7pm. I received a reply the same evening and by the following afternoon I had received a replacement pair. I can honestly say I have never known such excellent customer service. Very impressed!”

“I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. “i loved it here! we took a break from wandering around the vintage emporium and this was a lovely way to do it. i had the lemon drizzle cake and pot of tea, the cakes are a must. i loved the atmosphere, it was busy and there were plenty of places to sit. i’ll be back i hope.”

“I visit here quite a lot with my partner as the food is always great and he just loves the hot chocolate from there. The staff are always polite and great to talk to while you wait, if they are not busy of course serving other customers. It's a warm friendly environment with places to sit both in and out the establishment. If you're on the move they do indeed do take out. The food and drink are always piping hot so you it's going to be good. Just don't do a me where I've been to impatient and drank/ate it before it cooled down.”

No pressure and time taken to make sure the order was correct and what we wanted, good delivery dates were also on offer, having shopped at furniture Village in another town we understand the products are of a high quality.
