However this was more possible by a amazing lady who works there called Emma, this lady went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble, she made the experience of finding something for a important day a brillant one and made us feel like we have done everything. “This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.”

“After having an awful on line experience with KOI where double the amount of money was taken from my bank account with only half the ordered items delivered with initially NIL response to my on line customer concerns and enquiries, I vowed I would Never shop on line at this company again… I opted NOT to return the goods that did arrive and were not the right fit via the on line procedure. I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. She clearly demonstrated the insight and experience required to cater to my needs. I ended up re ordering the boots that never arrived. “Came in yesterday for a nose piercing, the staff made me feel very comfortable & talked me through all the ins and outs all while making the time I spent there stress free. The lovely lady that did my piercing consistently made sure I was happy with the placement before hand and the experience was quick & pain free! Would also like to say the young girl they had on seeing the piercing through to learn how to do it herself is going to go very far, brilliant customer service!
