Chris will accommodate us at short notice if we have a broken part so that our pool is back up and running and safe for our guests to use as soon as possible.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“A really spiritual experience to visit in all weathers dont give up on the journey up the mountain once you reach the trig point keep wandering you wont be disappointed theres also a cheeky infinity pool if your feeling brave take a towel and embrace the cold water therapy.”

“Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

“I’ve been a member at Village Gym Cheadle for about three months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The facilities are excellent everything from the gym floor to the pool area is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The team there are excellent, from the friendly reception staff who always greet you with a smile, to the personal trainers who are approachable and knowledgeable, everyone genuinely seems to care about helping members feel welcome and supported. I’m already seeing the benefits of being part of such a positive and professional gym environment. “We have used this pool every week for a few months now. As a foster carer of children who are autistic it is brilliant as it's just you in the pool. The children can express their feelings without disturbing others. The pool is lovely and warm and very welcoming. I would recommend this pool and its not over priced to hire.”

“Stayed here for 2 weeks and that is my second 2 week stay this year. First week the room was small, like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs small but had all the amenities still. Was clean, well stocked and did exactly what I needed it to do but was too small to relax in after a hard day's work. I didn't dine in the restaurant, not because the food wasn't nice, I ate in their on my previous visit and it was delicious but I did venture out this time. The second best bit about the stay? Breakfast, not only was breakfast delicious, always well stocked but they REALLY need a new coffee machine! The number 1 thing...CAROL K...She was outstanding! SOOOO funny, but lovely too. Made coming down on a morning a pleasure. No plans to go to Manchester again soon but would happily stay there to go and see Carol K again.”

Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease.
