“I was looking for a car wash and next to it I found this restaurant and I thought I'd give it a chance and I can say that it was super delicious and I came back here a few times, you must try the kebab. It's a friendly atmosphere 10/10”

“Ordered salt and chilli box, and a portion of salt and chilli chicken balls - amazing! Delivery came within half an hour, food still piping hot. Honestly best chicken balls i have tasted - some places tend to overcook or reheat too much. Good portion sizes too!”

“Ideal location, great value. Lovely rooms, decorated well for the style of the building. Staff are great. Tea/coffee supplied. Only thing let down our room was the bathroom sink as it's badly cracked but still usable, could do with a towel rail. Loads of options for breakfast close by, great views over the promenade.”

“The royal is our local and we have been getting takeaway from there for 10 years. It's fast affordable and tasty food. Really wide range of dishes on the menu and the quality has always been consistent. Not really set up for eating in although there are a few tables.”

“Disappointed to read some of the reviews for the Broadway. Myself, my wife and our two girls ate there yesterday. Nothing fancy. No Michelin stars. Just very good suitable menu for a seaside diner. Staff were all young ,nice and pleasant. Food was nice. Priced appropriately. But as a dining experience it has something that you can't reproduce easily. It's a fifty year old business that has authentic history and nostalgia. We ate there some years ago and it was nice to be there again. And I hope to be there again some time soon. I know how much hard work goes into running a food business. Most people haven't a clue how much effort goes into their plate. Anyway, I love the place and I'm thankful to the owners and staff.”

“This is the best Chinese around I travel 12miles to get it even tho there is a Chinese 2miles from where I live , the food is tasty every single time portions are big and worth the price . “We had an amazing lunch at the Beachcomber cafe. To be honest we were expecting fish n chips and burgers but that’s not what we had. Chicken curry, curried cauliflower soup and honey chilli prawns. Fabulous food. Highly recommended. Maybe try to expand the vegetarian options.”
