“Thank you to the always-helpful staff at the Rushden Lakes ProCook store. We are always welcomed with a greeting upon entering the store, which is always immaculate, well-stocked and tidy. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a pan and sought advice, returned after a few hours and the team swapped out the item as per the guarantee with no issue at all. We were helped mostly by Nadia, who was polite and quick. We will definitely continue to shop here and recommend their products. 10/10, thank you!”

“First time ordering a delivery from Spice Lounge even though theyve been around for a while. They did not disappoint - everything 5 stars out of 5. Was easy to order online on their website, delivery was on time and polite, prices were very reasonable, food was tasty and surprisingly filling from what seemed like a small tub of masala and rice. Rushden is known for its great restaurant takeaways, and Spice Lounge has proven to be no exception. I look forward to ordering here again.”

“I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

The service from Eleanor was brilliant and it was a pleasure to watch her serving everyone very efficiently and with a cheerful smile.
