Felt very comfortable trying on different sizes and was not rushed or pressured into making a decision! Was also provided information about the product and ended up leaving with my first ever Barbour jacket. Would definitely recommend store to others. A big thanks again to Jane for all her help!”

“I had a great experience here. Lots of boots in stock, steel toes, wellies, hiking boots, and bamboo socks. It is on an industrial estate with plenty of parking just outside. Alison was lovely and incredibly helpful, helping me to find the right size boots and was very patient whilst I tried them all on. I bought the Birkenstock steel toe boots - nice wide toe box and incredibly comfy. Highly recommended!”

“Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“After a dreadful experience trying to place an order online and being told to wait 72 hours before trying again, I visited the Kempton branch near Bedford to try and purchase the items I required. I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Ben White, who was so helpful and professional in dealing with my complaint, that I would give him 10 stars if I could! With Ben's assistance, I managed to purchase most of the items that I wanted. However Boots need to update their online website inline with other retailers who can resolve ordering problems immediately. WELL DONE Ben, you restored my faith in shopping at Boots again.”

“What can you say? It's Boots. Always good value for money. Pros: Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Swift checkout. Clean, well-kept. Always well stocked. Cons: only 2 parent and child spaces in the whole car park (not really Boots' fault, just a heads up, parents). Avoid the pharmacy counter on Tuesday & Thursday evenings - always, busy/long queues (a national shortage of pharmacists will do that, though).”

“Had a genuinely lovely experience today at Boots Westonfavell Shopping Centre (Northampton) thanks to Hannah and Kosi. After having three flu jab appointments cancelled at Boots Kingsthorpe (Northampton) all without notice, I was beginning to feel very disappointed with the service. Each time I arrived for my appointment, I was told something different: • The pharmacist isn’t available today. • The pharmacist didn’t come in. • The pharmacist is on holiday. This was the third time in a row, and the same thing happened last year. There was no communication or courtesy call to inform me ahead of time, which meant wasted time and unnecessary frustration. However, when I went to Boots Weston Favell, I explained the situation and both Hannah and Kosi were incredibly helpful, kind, and proactive. They handled everything professionally and arranged my vaccination straight away. I’m really grateful for their support and excellent customer service, they turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.”

“Went on Tuesday to pick up our meds and to be told they had to order mine in. It will be ready for you after lunch tomorrow. My husband got there at 5pm the next day to be told oh they've just arrived I will pack them up for you now!! Plus 2 days running before hand I did try ringing several times to check our meds were in. They didn't answer there phone. Normally pretty good.”

“Wow! Boots not my first choice previously but just having used their services as an emergency, it was faultless! Two totally professionally ladies behind the counter, genuine concern & want to assist. Could not speak highly enough about them. Went over and above duty to help when original chemist had an urgent prescription passed to them from our Doctors, then closed its doors without notice due to staffing problems it stated. (not first time!) Pharmacist was inside but refused to serve even the urgent cases and old people waiting outside having already been told to return from earlier. Our prescription was already downloaded by them leaving Boots ladies in a very difficult position to repeat the required needs. Fast action taken, direct call to our doctors, a call at home within 15 mins to say sorted and ready to collect. Returned, on the spot service given. Companies are made by their staff not the name over the door,. Boot is not always number one for many people but with great ladies like this they would be the Go To! Thank you very much indeed!”

“I'm giving 5 stars only because of Jackie (I hope I got her name right). I'm not saying that other staff is "bad". Jackie is just extremely helpful and friendly, when sometimes when dealing with other people in this pharmacy you may feel like an intruder.”
