“Ordered trellis panel over phone. Placed behind desk for collection. Was going Tues but decided to go Mon evening. However panel too wide. Took back Tues morning. This was not a problem. Assistant very helpful throughout. Excellent service. Refund given. Will return”

“Fun swimming at a good price, and fantastic little cafe at the entrance. Also decent selection of swimsuits and goggles to buy etc free parking and reasonable changing rooms”

“My two girls aged 9 and 5 have been for breakfast with Santa this morning. It was a really lovely atmosphere and separated from the cafe. They all sat down with a breakfast cob and drink and then got to meet Santa who really took his time with them and read through their letter, fully engaging with them. The ‘elf’ helpers were so lovely and polite and helpful. We’ve had a lovely morning.”

“Come here daily with my dog. Love it here. There is plenty of space for dogs to exercise, a group of walkers who go daily. A wooded area for a change if scenery. The only downside is parking. There is a lay buy or 2 near the nuthall pub or you will need to park in one of the surrounding estates. There's a basketball court and a kids bike park there as well. Plenty to do! *edit* wear wellies/waterproofs if it has been raining considerably. It gets a bit boggy. Paths are fine to walk on but are prone to big puddles!”

“Love this little place, such a great amenity to have in a local park. Always pop here for an ice cream on hot days. Please note, if you have a push chair they are only allowed 1 at a time inside. There is a huge sign on the door that says this but some parents miss it and get ratty with the staff when told. It's not their fault, its fire regulations!”

“Great little place to stop for a break. Ok so not loads of seating available but that makes it cosy. Decently priced. Do yourself a favour and have the blueberry cake, definitely in the top 5 of cakes I've had.”

“I went to Kristian with a tight hip/knee issue which was impacting my yoga and other exercises. After a couple of sessions he diagnosed the issue and began the slightly painful process of correcting it. He gave me advice and homework to do between sessions. My issue is completely resolved thanks to his help.”

“Sophia was incredibly helpful to me. I experienced a very traumatic event not long into having therapy with her and was also having frequent panic attacks that I struggled to control. Sophia not only helped me learn a lot more about myself but gave me numerous healthy coping mechanisms to manage everything. She also encouraged my idea to go solo travelling and helped me increase my confidence to the point where I felt fully prepared and self sufficient before leaving. I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience I had here.”

“Feel the need to update this for future patients. From the min I arrived I was greeted with first class service and wouldn’t change a single thing. The level of care was outstanding and Dr Matar made me feel like I was in exceptional hands prior to operation making me feel so at ease while in pre op room, I also have to say the staff prior to op was lovely making me lose any nerves I had prior to the operation. Can’t thank the whole team enough for the level of service I received . Visited physio today 2.5 weeks after surgery and yet again the service received from walking through the door to walking out was exceptional thank you. Keep up the fantastic work and hope the whole team have a wonderful Christmas.”

“This place is a gem. Food is fantastic and worth the money, all cooked fresh. For anyone local or further afield make this a stop off point when going for a walk around Attenborough, look carefully on your maps and you will find a twitchel that brings you out opposite the Bistro from near the Trent circular walk. “First time using this vets as I usually use the Hykham one... The staff have been above and beyond helpful. The vet took the time to answer my questions and give me lots of helpful information. She took the time needed with my skittish Cat and tried not to stress him further while talking to him. She answered some questions about a new pet I am intending to register, and very helpful answers to both neutering and bonding. The staff out front where really helpful with extra advice about calming plugins and sprays and advice on calming tablets for a future stressful event. The vets practice has a disabled accessible door with no steps. Inside is clean, tidy and welcoming with animals separated on different sides of the waiting area. Overall a fantastic visit. Polite, kind, welcoming staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!”

“We had our football social gathering here - great place, and grounds. The team took a short stroll to the Sky Walk (located near the National Water Sports Centre) for a team building activity, including mini golf and back onsite for a BBQ. It was a great day and the facilities are fantastic, we were truly well looked after. Thank you.”

“We stayed in Giant's view this weekend and it was amazing! The pod's are beautifully decorated and well maintained. The hot tub was a lovely addition. I love all the little extras, the fairy lights, the booklet with local restaurants, the welcome basket and the robes! The site is lovely and clean and very safe with secure gates and you have your own access code. The pods are very private and not to close to other guests. Can't wait to book our next stay!”

“We had our little boy Louie’s 2nd birthday party at Freestyle Trampoline Park and it was absolutely fab! The toddlers loved the mix of trampolines, soft play and inflatables! There was plenty to keep them busy and it all felt really safe and well looked after. The staff were lovely and made everything so easy on the day. Would definitely recommend it for young children’s parties, it was such a lovely, stress-free experience!”

“Loads of fun for all ages. Large variety of both exotic and farmyard animals. Large play areas for the kids, woodland dinosaur walk, birds of pray area including demonstrations. Great selection of beautiful owls. Epic softplay area (huge slides, compressed air softball blasters, todler area, baby area, pirate themed zone) with a well stocked cafe and plenty of seating. Seasonal events, birthday parties. Donkeys, llamas, pigs, deer, cows, ducks, chickens, wallabies, snakes, rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises, lizards, vultures, eagles and like 20 types of owl. Exit through the gift shop.”
