“We had a wonderful day shopping then popped into here, was met by the bubbly and happy phoebe, we were served lovely food very quickly, the service was wonderful everyone in the team seemed happy and so lovely. But phoebe took the time to make us laugh and made sure we enjoyed everything! Its a lovely place will visit again another time as the team and place looks so clean and the food was delicious!”

“Went to Wagamama in Notts today with my friend for lunch. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious. I had the fried greens, ebi katsu, and chicken katsu curry, my friend had the duck gyoza and prawn curry. We had a beer and a cocktail. The food arrived hot and fresh, yummy! Thankyou chefs. The highlight of our stay were the staff. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table of choice, served by another friendly young chap, but there's one staff memeber who stood out above all others, anywhere I've ever been to and thats a young lady named Sophie. Studying at university who works to earn her spending money. She was a delight, a credit to Wagamama. She was so kind and friendly, so ambitious and I see a great life ahead for her. I think anything she does, she will do it well. Thanks for the wonderful service Sophie, you were the shining light above all others today, and made our rare luncheon really special. Cheers from Shirley and Vannessa, the 2 women who nearly talked you to death:-)”

“So good. Been here many times. Lovely place, friendly service, and excellent food. The absolute best thing they offer is the greek dessert. I dont know how to pronouce or spell it and even forgot to take a photo today... it is like a Greek custard pie. Something new today was the shared platter for 2, yummmm.”

“All the HK people who have moved to Nottingham know this place. It’s probably one of not the best Chinese food places in Nottingham. The seafood was fresh, the prawns were so fresh. The peking duck was cooked to perfection. The waiters were excellent and helped when needed. However the toilets were being fixed so a little annoying”

The service was very good, the food was delicious and there was loads of dishes to choose from , the restaurant is run very well and very organised . “This restaurant is fantastic. I have been going here for many years, and it just keeps getting better. They have recently extended and fully refurbished the restaurant, and it looks amazing. “Went here for breakfast on a whim for my 30th birthday. Fancied something authentic and Shahjee's did not disappoint. Its the positive reviews that pulled me in, which definitely checked out. I had the halwa, puri, aloo chana deal. Had an omelette on the side to share, which was lovely. Spicy, with onions, tomatoes and mixed Peppers. The desi tea could have had a but more cinnamon and flavour in it but to be honest, to say it is included in the meal option, you really cannot complain about it. Would definitely come again and glad I trusted the reviews. Everything is freshly prepared and cooked, even the tea. Nothing is already pre-made or packet that you just reheat in the microwave. Yes the place was a tad busy but that's pretty much goes to show how popular and enjoyable the food is. I'd rather go to a place that is busy and bustling, than dead and quiet. Also has a food hygiene rating of 5. The negative reviews are either very picky/fussy eaters with lack of patience, or may have just a genuine hiccup, which can happen. I think so long as you give the place an opportunity to actually rectify the concern/issue, then that's what matters, as opposed to coming on her to moan and complain. Will be coming again.”

“I visited the Nottingham Long Row which is now using Halal Beef. There is still bacon used here but it's cooked and handled on a completely separate grill. As always, I went for my go to order - Cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a Peanut Butter Shake. For £10.65 a double cheeseburger with unlimited sauces and toppings isn't bad at all and their Cajun fries are just too good. Also their shakes are just the best - no debate there. I also tried their halal hotdog for the first time. Probably the best hotdog I've had. The quality of the beef sausage in the brioche roll was a winner. If you've never tried Five Guys, definitely worth trying as there's a lot of options for customisations!”

“Atmosphere was buzzing, everybody seemed happy & relaxed. Caitlin the manager is brilliant and knows to keep staff & customers happy. Food was fresh and tasty, I was served by Antonia, very polite and friendly. Goes the extra mile to make sure everything is ok. Credit to Nando’s . I love going to this Nando’s restaurant because staff and atmosphere is fantastic. Shout out to Caitlin & Antonia. Good to have Wes back”

“Hooters isn't what I expected, in a good way. The food is absolutely outstanding! The best American food in Nottingham and the chicken is to die for. Far from being a seedy place where creepy blokes leer at vulnerable women, I've found Hooters to be quite the opposite. Young families sit around tables, sharing food together and it's a decent casual date location, with plenty of couples eating together. The menu is really good. It's lots of the same stuff in different combos, but this has two great benefits. First of all, with less ingredients you generally get better quality food and that's true here. Secondly, it's made a lot quicker than it otherwise would be as the chefs have more experience with each item than they would at a restaurant with many different items. I recommend the Cajun wings and the Parmesan garlic shrimp, with a side of tots. The coleslaw is a nice side to add. Beer options is probably the worst part of the menu. It's boring and really misses Blue Moon, with nothing similar since they removed it from the menu. I love it, I'll be going again with my fiance, or my work mates, or before the hockey. It's so good I've made it my standard go to food option in the city. Check it out.”

“Visited here on a busy Saturday evening, I didn’t have to wait long for a table and the service was brilliant. Food came out quickly and was piping hot. Catered brilliantly for allergies and felt happy that everything was separated and overseen by a manager. Love the new honey dip that comes with the halloumi starter, a new favourite of mine. Shout out to Connor and Koby, top service and couldn’t be more helpful”

“Best Neapolitan pizza in Nottingham. I have tried this pizza place 4 times since the first day they opened and I can say that they are doing amazing! After they trip and travels to Italy, they have gain the experience of the proper Neapolitan cuisine and they have brought it directly to Nottingham. Excellent flavor and perfect pizza dough: soft, elastic and with a raised crust. With most of the ingredients directly imported from Italy, the quality is 10. But pizza is not the only think they have, we tried the chili chips the first time we went and we loved them! Now is one of our must when we go. They also have antipasti boards, garlic dough balls and amazing desserts! If you cannot decide with the pizzas my favorite one is the Nduja pizza! A spicy and spreadable pork salami from Calabria.”

“Fantastic restaurant with amazing food and super friendly service. You step in from the A60 and you are transported to the almalfi coast with a great Italian restaurant. We had an excellent meal out for my dads 70th birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to help him celebrate. The food - wow! The food was just fantastic. Great portion sizes and so delicious. The calzone was just amazing and the profiteroles were just sensational. It was my first time visiting and it won’t be my last. Great place.”
