“Just wanted to give a positive review despite the end result not being positive. Went to collect some ADHD medication prescribed by my doctor as was told it was in stock at this boots branch. Turns out it wasn't. The manager of the place (and of the cripps boots) could see I was visible upset and stressed by this (as it's been 2-3 weeks with no medication) and instead of just rushing me off Or moving onto next person in queue actually took the time to take me aside, talk me thru this and actually provide more help, context and support than I think i've ever received from a pharmacy before. Didn't get the tablets but the fact that this person took the time to help out someone clearly frustrated and upset with a situation that was none of their own doing really was some great customer service I havent seen in a while. Wanted to reach out and state i really appreciated this.”

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Driver who delivered the wine and chocolates tried to find the address for about 30 mins and eventually did, in an area where it is difficult to pin exactly the location is on the map. So for that, I was very appreciative of her persistence. The chocolates were fantastic and the wine even better. Thank you”

“Reviews are only low because only people with bad experiences will report it. I'm sure there are many people with good experiences but don't write it on google. I've seen the staff working very hard, they have tons of prescriptions coming in each day and each has to be checked vigorously to ensure they won't do harm to the patient as the GP doesn't always get it 100% right. If you have to wait or if they miss a phone call it's because they can't multitask everything at the same time, I've seen them non stop working and appreciate them for it.”

“Can't belive all the stupid reviews on here, My wife has a terminal illness requires lots of medication and wells pharmacy have been really helpful, good opening hours and have medication that palliative care nurses have recommend. Yes they are busy at times, and sometimes you have to wait, but I'd rather they take their time and dispense accurately, and no they don't stock everything under the sun, but will always order it if required. If the staff are occasionally grumpy then I not surprised if they have to deal wigh some of the people leaving reviews on here!”

After phoning to confirm my prescription would be ready I was assured it would be. Upon arrival all was indeed ready to go. They even helped to make sure future prescriptions would be ready at the due date. I found the Staff to be pleasant and efficient. As it's right next door to the Medical Practice it could hardly be more convenient.”

I called 5 mins after the prescription had been sent and spoke to a lovely helpful person called Joanne . She quickly found me on the system , confirmed my details and said it would be ready to collect in 20 mins . I went over 20 mins later and my much needed meds were ready to collect straight away . I cannot express my thanks to the hard working team . It’s a very very busy pharmacy and they are often under immense pressure but never allow this to change how polite and caring there are / many many thanks”

“I read several poor reviews of homearena but I did read a couple of good ones, so I decided to order. I ordered a regency divan set with 2 drawers and orthopaedic mattress. Yes it does take a while to receive the bed but the timescale is clearly stated on the website. I ordered online. However any questions or queries I had prior to ordering and after were dealt with promptly on the chat facility on their website. Was pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the bed, mattress and free headboard. However I didn't receive the attattchments for the headboard. I informed on the chat. I then received email, and it was sent out to me in first class delivery. I was really impressed with the quality of the bed for the price and the quality of the customer service. Definitely recommend this company. And no I don't work for the company or affiliated with them. Came across them online when I was looking for a bed.”
