My apologies, I didn't get the lady's name who assisted me (long blonde hair), but she was absolutely fantastic! I'd never done Returns before, and the parcels were difficult to manoeuvre from my car to the shop. The local Co-oP near me had a broken printer and I was unable to use them. This lady even helped carry one of the parcels from the car to the shop! Such a credit to your shop! Thank you very much. Such kindness and helpfulness is rare these days...”
