Even if one of the burgers was not the way it was meant to be, the branch manager apologised and kindly replaced it for my wife and did not even charged for her entire order, including the drink. That was both polite and going above and beyond, as this can be a point of deciding if you ever come back to a restaurant based on your experience, and it all falls on the way the staff (including management) approach the issue and find a swift solution.
