“Hands down THE BEST pizza in Aldershot. Doesn’t taste like some cheap takeaway pizza that you can get anywhere. It feels almost as if it’s homemade. The restaurant itself is very nice. You may not notice it but there is an area with some tables if you go down the corridor. You can definitely see how passionate the owners were when making this place and well… the food. I also reccomend the spaghetti carbonara”

“I enjoyed my salad and latte with my friend at lunch hour. The atmosphere was so relaxing and staff members were friendly and cheerful. I am so happy to see a local cafe supporting employment of people with disabilities - and I am one of them - I will definitely visit again.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Zizzi Marlow. Steve was fantastic — extremely polite, friendly, and always available when we needed him. He was very patient with our kids and gave us plenty of time to decide on our order. Everything we ate was delicious, arrived quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!”

“The food here was excellent as always. Starters were prompt, and delicious, I had cheese souffle, my husband had a duo of pate, both were a good size. The main was course was also fantastic, chicken with a pernod sauce, and my husband had venison. We really should have stopped there as we were actually full, but sight of tarte tatin on the desert menu tempted us. It was delicious, but I couldn't finish it, such was the size of the portions. We also had a bottle of house Merlot which was very good. Service was prompt and polite, it really is a delightful treat to eat at Pierre Victoire!”

“I was returned from a proud and arrogant restaurant Taste of Pakistan despitee waiting g for 30 min, and very nosy staff rudely returned me. Came here super friendly staff, the ladies greeted me with such a brilliant smile that I said myself they have won my hearts even if food ain’t good. But the brilliant part is food is even amazing, I haven’t eaten these brilliant and fresh Chaii kebab anywhere in US and Europe but here, their meat, bar b que and all other cuisine. People, they really deserve a chance, they are brilliant respectful and their service and food amazing. Worth every penny, though prices are very fair and within range.”

“Great menu all very tasty. Prawns summer rolls good but the Vietnamese spring rolls were best I have had anywhere including Thailand. Been wanting to try Ha Noi fish for ages as looked so good and wasn't disappointed. Despite the large chunks of fish being on a sizzler platter it wasn't dry. Recommend this dish and restaurant overall. Good staff and service.”

“Busy place great food sufficient servers great attitude non intrusive. Plenty of seats but not a feeling of being cramped. Nice busy buzz but people far enough away so that you can still hear your own table's conversation without hearing those of others around you. Nice place to be, good parking.”

“Absolutely stunning the interior is just as pretty as the decorative exterior of the building. Especially the toilets, it was floral / carousel themed there were pastel coloured roses everywhere! An amazing experience. and of course the toilets were the best”

“We had another fantastic experience at Miller & Carter! The service is always excellent, but this visit was especially wonderful thanks to our waitress Ruth, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well looked after throughout our meal. She really went above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was, as always, top quality if you are a carnivore like my partner but I’m a vegetarian and the only criticism would be the vegan burger patty - Linda Mcartney patties would be a great reference point taste wise to change it up! I do have to give a special mention to the chocolate brownie dessert, which was absolutely phenomenal! The one pic I took haha… Rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to finish off the meal. Not to mention excellent presentation! We’ve never not had great service here, and tonight was no exception. Thank you to Ruth and the whole team for another memorable visit — we’ll definitely be back soon!”

“Excellent Chef table experience. It is not only food and drink. Gettign to talk to the staff was an amazing experience. The food was delicious. I opted for a diary and meat free menu. Every dish was amazing. Every bite was full of flavour. In terms of drinks, I normally only drink water with lunch. This time, I went for the mocktail pairing. I loved all of them, sugar free, creative and full of new flavours.”

From the moment we walked in, Carla and Marco were exceptional hosts, treating our girls with such warmth and kindness—it truly made the evening special. “If you like remote and dog friendly, this is ideal. Google maps took us down some country lanes and over a single way bridge, on the map the pub shows pretty much on an island surrounded by country parks & lakes. The location is nice. Car park has about 30 spaces & I think 2 electric car chargers. The pub was pretty quiet when we arrived and the locals/staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The pub itself has a lovely interior. To the food, we had the vegan burger, bacon and cheese burger and the childs fish goujons. All very nice and well portioned. For dessert we had the rhubarb crumble with vanilla and vegan ice cream, finished off the meal perfectly.”

“Took my favourite summer rolls as a starter, they were fantastic. Rich taste of peanut sauce perfectly combined with mild taste of the prawns. Delicious! As a main I had steak pho, it was yummy. I was really happy with generous amount of well done steak. Noodles were cooked perfectly, they were not overdone and melted in my mouth. I would also like to mention Margherita, who was really friendly and helpful, she even helped me to charge my phone. Great service! Thank you guys.”

“Hey! This place is nicely & warmly welcoming. The food is cooked right (beef) and portions are quite large balancing the price. The staff is polite and wouldn’t rush you, altogether in a family atmosphere. Large car park, large beer garden in the back along with some tables out in the front, large tables, large and clean toilets - so overall all quite ‘largely’ impressed. Give it a try!”

“I dropped in for a lovely lunch this afternoon, and on every front (especially service) the Giggling Squid is a MUST. Harriet looked after us and was such a great advert for Henley’s top eaterie. Well worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed, Tony.”

“Popped in as it was recommended to us and we were greeted by 2 lovely members of staff, chose our table by the fire and ordered drinks and small plates. Everything came quickly, my cocktail was yummy, hubby was won over because his come came in a bottle. Our food was absolutely gorgeous and being by the fire watching the world go by was just perfect”

“Really quite exceptional hotel right by Farnborough Airport. I was in many ways taken aback by the quality of the hotel, the staff, the rooms and the food from the brasserie. This hotel has a lovely ‘feel’ to it, I felt welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. It’s clear that whoever is in charge has imbued the staff with a solid customer-focussed ethos. There are lots of ‘little touches’ you’ll love. I won’t spoil the surprise. Book a stay and see for yourself.”

“We had the most incredible night at the Palm Brasserie tonight. We staff knew it was our anniversary and made such an effort to make it very special. The menu was vast, with lots of different options to cater for everyone. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Make sure to leave room for the deserts! The cocktails were fantastic too! However, the main part that stood out for us was the manager. We haven’t received service like this for a very, very long time. He made our anniversary and could not do enough for us. We are so pleased that we only live 10 minutes away as we will definitely be coming here again and again. The room for larger parties also looks great! Thank you so much again, I could not recommend it enough!”

“Visited Miller & Carter Basingstoke today for a late evening dinner. Upon arrival swiftly seated and starting drinks were delivered promptly. Our server Sam was attentive and on the ball. Frequently checking to ensure food was fine & we had sufficient drinks to pair with our food. Once finished our food in no time at all the table was cleared and we were offered desert menu and refreshing drinks. Showing Sam's keen eye of attention noticing immediately our mains had been finished. Food was excellent and arrived in good time. Flavoured and seasoned to perfection. Again no fault whatsoever here.”

“I'd like to say this place is dreadful and tell everyone to stay away, but only so that we can book to come back soon. In reality, this is one of those places that stay with you. A week after eating here and every day there's been a moment where I catch myself daydreaming about the meal we had. The meal, the atmosphere, the service. 10/10. Incidentally the £ range I selected included drinks.”

“My partner have really enjoyed our visits to Lusso over the last few years. The sour dough pizza is delicious - in particular we've always enjoyed the goats cheese, pesto and onion chutney one. Highly recommended if you haven't tried already.”

“Had a lovely lunch in here today (Thursday). Thought I'd take my mum and son. Lovely greeting from the staff, really helpful and sweet. They have a great choice of tea. The food menu was great too, tricky choosing what to have. Had cheese scones, that came with cream cheese and a chutney that omg I loved. I'm recommending this to all my friends and family. ❤️”
