“Went there with a problem with a piece of engineering kit that I had bought sometime ago from a now defunct supplier and as they are the UK agents and just up the road why not. Bear in mind this is not a retail outlet, but that didn't stop the bloke in there listening to me and arriving at a solution that involved me parting with a trivial amount of dosh. 200% service, 200% quality, 200% quality. Not a score I give out easily.”

“I could not be happier with the level of service received from Les and girls in the office. Our PFT G4 decided to pack up out of the blue. I was recommended to call Les as other people I spoke to about the problem couldn’t help as they didn’t have sufficient knowledge of the machine. Les took my call on his day off and talked me through the testing of the machine until we identified the problem. The spare part was sent next day and in no time we were up and running again. We would have been in serious trouble with our tight schedule had we not been fortunate enough to have discovered PFT Northern. I can’t reccomend them highly enough. Thank you very much Les and the team.”
