“Wow dont know where some of these reviews are for but not the same place I've been. Been a few times and been lovely so decided to take my service users in the minibus and have a treat. They and staff had different preferences from fish to sausage to pies. All really enjoyed them and ate nearly all. Was well worth the 1.5 hrs round trip. Will defo be going again. Staff were really nice despite throwing 10 orders at them at once. Has for the review about staff eating in the back, if I worked there I'd be having my food onside. Thanks”

“We came to the Ling Forest on a Monday, not only was it such a welcoming atmosphere but they also do an amazing quiz night. The staff are all so friendly and the landlord and lady cannot do enough for you. Making you feel welcome, talking to all customers and spending time getting to know them. This is why the have such dedicated regulars. It’s a truly lovely happy place to be.”

“Wow! Lovely meal just now. This was the best meal weve had there, the papadum sauces were different to what we had last time, my peshawar nan was stuffed full and I recommend the king prawn jinga. Beautiful. Saaj is a lovely bloke and all the staff were nice too. I have been here multiple times over probably 20 years and that must say something about the place. It's been around forever and for good reason”

“Tha food is wonderful, however, it's cash only, make sure you ask for your receipt or you won't get one. Service when we went there last week, was slow and I'm not totally sure how to describe the two guys working the tables, one was really nice, the other though was pleasant, but not sure about him! We were 8, 6 adults one 5 year old and a baby, and we were a loud group, so maybe he had reservations about us. We did have a lovely evening despite my gripes.”

“What absolutely FANTASTIC service and customer care! I ordered their satay chicken and a green curry. A really lovely guy, possibly the owner, called me shortly after placing the order, to check if I had realised that the curry doesn't come with a rice and he asked if I wanted to add one before it's sent out for delivery. How brilliant is that customer service?! Not only do they very clearly take pride in their business by responding to each and every review, but their customer satisfaction care is abundantly obvious, and their food! WELL... DO get me started on it! We lived in Thailand for 2 years and I practically lived off of Thai Green Curry. Of course everyone cooks it differently and not all of them were great. However, I have to say that Thai 25 Street Food Cafe"s version of this dish is delicious! The satay chicken is beautifully cooked with the most tender pieces of chicken. Seriously scrumptious! Their food arrived burn-your-mouth hot (just the way I like it!) and it was obvious that it was cooked freshly! Highly recommended!”

“Warm & friendly service at the Abbey Frier, good portion sizes and lovely food. We went as a birthday treat, I haven't been there for years, but the standards remain very high. The person who served us was extremely friendly and warm, we were made to feel like regular customers. 5* service without a doubt! The food was excellent, really tasty cod and chips. “If I could give it 10 stars I would. We eat a lot of ramen, noodles and oriental food. This is by far the best I've had in Sheffield. The big noodle soup is gigantic. I had the 3 Roasties soup. 12 huge chunks of meat . The stir fry noodles were amazing too. The satay chicken starter are very large skewers Can't wait to go back”

“We went to wasabi sabi for my son's 12th birthday. We had the teppanyaki lunch menu which was £20 per head. We had a great time and they went out of their way to make it special for my son. The food is amazing and for a 3 course meal I think it's well worth it. The service was great.”
