“An excellent Doctor’s surgery. In almost 10 years have had great experiences with the surgery and would not want to go anywhere else. Dr Page and Maureen (advanced nurse) have always been so helpful, empathic and always professional. All receptionists have always been helpful and friendly. Dr Page has been excellent with both my baby’s care and mine. He listens, is patient-focused and immediately follows through with actions from the appointment. If I phone at 8am I have usually been offered an appointment on the same day, more often not before 10am.”

“So because the GP can’t give you an appointment these days we as National insurance payers have now got to rely on getting prescriptions from the chemist. Today I had to ring 111 as I’ve had a headache for 4 days and I was told it could be bacterial sinusitis and I needed to speak to my GP within 2hours. I rang the surgery and they told me to ring back tomorrow as they didn’t have any emergency appointments. Or contact the chemist. I went down to the pharmacy and they were awesome, they confirmed my condition and wrote me a prescription straight away. 5 stars and more”

“My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”
