“I don't understand why their star rating is still so average. I know the service used to be terrible. However, since the new people took charge, their service, attitude and empathy are first rate. The girls that work there are so friendly and I have to mention Sam. He has done so much for me helping get heavy items to my car and doing his very best to make sure my medicine is ready on time. I'm moving out of Brimington in the next few months but I will still use this Pharmacy if it's at all feasible to do so. Thank you everyone”

“Visited today with one of my little boys with a suspected ear infection, Pharmacist saw my little one in good time and diagnosed a slightly red inner ear that would have been causing discomfort, checked for any allergies and prescribed Amoxicillin - great result and in record time too! Whilst the first reaction is to call the doctors, it is definitely worthwhile taking the strain and stresses away by visiting your local Pharmacist, so thankful for this service and Pharmacist, especially at post 6pm when doctors are closed”

“I visited the Sheffield high street store this morning at 8am to buy an electric toothbrush. I didn’t realise there was so many to choose from and asked a gentleman called Ashley for additional information on a particular toothbrush and heads that would fit. The one that i chose was the last one and he went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was presentable and put in the original box and answered all of my questions in a natural friendly manner which for me is the difference between making my purchase in the store or going elsewhere. Excellent customer service very happy also with my purchase.”

“I thought the superdrug on High Street was closed due the work being carried out in front of it but thankfully it's still OPEN! Great service today from Caroline (the lovely lady with the blue hair). She helped me find a suitable facial sun cream for my sensitive skin and recommended some foot moisturising products. She also helped me set up a superdrug reward card. Brilliant customer service. The only drawback is that the walk aisles are always crowded with extra goods, even more so at this time of year, which makes it a little harder getting around. “I have been one of the team covering the Poppy Stall this year. There are two ladies who NEVER STOP doing everything they can to keep the check outs flowing and customers satisfied. I’ve also noticed a younger girl with tats who is also a grafter! Mavis, Sonya and Jess are highlighted in my observations. I’m sure all the team are on their their top performance and speed/urgency to deliver outstanding customer care. Keep up the great work!!!”

“My fuel refill favourite place. About 6 or 7 years ago, I went to refill and realised I had no money on me. This was before I could pay with the phone, watch, etc I was so embarassed, but they gave me 24 hours to return. So impressive.”

The pharmacist is good at supporting any issues you may have and he works with you on a plan that suits your needs.
