“I visited the Sheffield high street store this morning at 8am to buy an electric toothbrush. I didn’t realise there was so many to choose from and asked a gentleman called Ashley for additional information on a particular toothbrush and heads that would fit. The one that i chose was the last one and he went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was presentable and put in the original box and answered all of my questions in a natural friendly manner which for me is the difference between making my purchase in the store or going elsewhere. Excellent customer service very happy also with my purchase.”

“I just had an ear wax removal done and I'm over the moon now I can hear again better and not got any pressure in my ears, £50 to have ears checked and then wax removed from both ears, Sue was really friendly and professional too, I definitely recommend this service everyone”

“The guy with the glasses who I think is the pharmacist? Is by far the kindest most understanding person I've come across in this profession! I'm on quite high doses of pain meds due to being on them since I was 11 when i was diagnosed with this awful disease, (now 39) meaning I'm extremely tolerant to normal doses, pain clinic just put them up which has helped massively however chemist's after that did nothing but judge me making me feel very uncomfortable. It's not nice when you are living your life in hospitals having major surgeries constantly and your mental health is in the toilet, so to get someone who is genuine is amazing. Must admit a few there aren't like that but can't have it all I guess. To the pharmacist though, never change and thank you!”

“This is a store that I do like ,because I can browse ,without feeling watched and followed .I buy what I went in for ,and products that I didn't , Today ,I went in on a mission to replace a foundation that I really liked .I took the sadly ,empty bottle to make sure of the colour ,No joy ,not even the same shape bottle ,and no shade either ,so ,I asked for help from an assistant who looked and tried near shades on her hands and arms ,then tried every cosmetic company in the store ,we both became intent on finding a near-ish match Her name is Tammy with porcelain skin ,perfect for carrying colours ,so much so ,that she looked like a rainbow of foundation colours ,none matched , the supervisor came over to see what all the movement was about ,and even joined in the hunt for the elusive colour or near match . One was found , Sighs of relief from all three of us .Hope it is .A pleasant visit ,with Tammy being a very non stop help ,”

“I visited the superdrug pinestone street location in Sheffield - and I have to say it's some of the best service I have ever received, luxury experiences included! Pheobe was so incredibly helpful, recommended products based on my features and was incredibly knowledgeable on pretty much everything there. Manager leslie Anne was just perfectly when I had an issue that needed to be resolved, huge smile (fantastic red lippie!) And was so welcoming and happy to help. I'd consider my experience to be exemplary in a boutique or designer's, nevermind in a superdrug! Brilliant team.”

“I would like to relay a message to Suzanne at Asda in Retford today . My elderly mother was doing a large shop and when she got to the tills they were soo busy . Suzanne took my mother to the self service trolley tills , scanned her shop, packed her bags, wheeled the trolley to her car , loaded the car , returned the trolley and gave her back the trolley token ! “This is by far the nicest Morrisons I have been in. Clean, well stocked, good space in the aisles. Pleasant and welcoming staff. The cafe is the best one I have been in, clean, well presented and Charlie who served me was an absolute delight. She explained the menu and was constantly smiling and on top of the cleaning, serving and keeping customers happy. The atmosphere in this store is light and airy. It was busy however I didn’t feel rushed or claustrophobic as I have done in many other supermarkets. Food ordered was a breakfast which was very enjoyable together with a latte. Will definitely go back there again, even though I have a Morrisons nearer to me, it is not as good.”
