She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. She allowed me to sample all the perfumes I was interested in, and gave me suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. Staff are really nice and the pharmacists are very well educated and polite along with the rest of the team. Yes, they are extremely busy, no, they aren’t magicians that can deal with everyone at once but people need to realise that they are prioritising patient safety and making sure that they are dispensing medications correctly that could cause harm if they were distracted by other customers and that led to mistakes. I love the fact that they know their ‘regulars’ and appreciate the fact that they take the time to get to know people. I recently approached them regarding a crime committed against me, they gave me the time to talk, advised me on what I needed to do to ensure my health was safeguarded and offered emotional support. I’ll never forget the kindness that they showed me during such a difficult time. On the other side of the store, the staff are always so pleasant and helpful to customers, they take the time to ensure that every customer is treated as an individual and will make sure that they find what they need in the store. I have yet to meet a member of staff throughout the whole store that isn’t friendly and helpful. Thank you to every one of them, they work in a busy store and still make sure that customers are happy with their experience. Looking at some of the reviews, I think people need to realise that staff are extremely busy but give them the time and they will make sure you get what you need when visiting the store.”

“I use this boots a couple of times a week as it's pretty convenient with great parking and they have a good selection of food. I will get a meal deal for lunch here or stock up on health and beauty essentials. It's not as big as the Meadowhall branch but has a good range of makeup for its size and there's always a good selection of discounts and offers. They do have a stern looking security guard on the door but I have seen someone steal from here before so its not surprising.”
