“5 star kebabs. We regularly order food from Chilito, and always had great experience. The quality of the food, its quantity and delivery time are all very good. I am also very pleased to see that they use paper-based plates rather than plastic ones.”

“I recently visited Cafe Des Amis in Sheffield and had a really good experience. The sausages were very juicy and full of flavour, the poached eggs were cooked nicely, and the mushrooms were delicious. The toast with butter was a simple but perfect combo. I also tried the Arabic coffee – it was very strong and authentic, just as it should be. The café itself was very clean and well-kept, including the toilets, which is always a good sign. Overall, a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth visiting again!”

“My partner and I have just had our wedding ceremony and party at the Bateman's mill, I must say, everything set up absolutely perfectly, we even had a huge hog roast on the spit, the function room set up was planned perfectly with space for the singers and room to shake the tail feather. Great choice of drinks to suit everyone my person favourite being the Boston American gentleman and a good choice of spirits and soft drinks . “One of the best garden centres we have found. Their plants are extremely good quality, great choice and amazing staff. We needed a tree delivering and although we are out of their delivery area they still brought it through for us, with a smile. It'll now be the centre piece of our garden and we're looking forward to the spring when we can go and find the rest of the much needed planting. The Bistro is also exceptional and comfortable with great food and the staff are absolutely lovely. The photo is of our lovely Acer Armstrong waiting to be planted up at home.”

“We go in at lunchtime on a Friday! Steak pie is a favourite however we've sample alot of the menu and it's all excellent. Staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Can get busy when sports events are on so would recommend booking a table”

“Called in last night for a mid week treat and we were not dissapointed. Just the two of us arrived around 7pm without a booking. They were pretty busy but after 5 minutes sat in the bar our table was ready. Probably worth booking next time to be sure. All the staff were lovely and friendly and the food was gorgeous. I couldn't get over how quickly the food was coming out, all freshly cooked and piping hot. I liked the Salt & Pepper wings especially, crispy and spicy. The portion sizes are small, but in a GOOD way, because you can pace yourself and get a good variety of dishes in. I wanted to take more pictures but I got too into the eating! Will definitely be going back!”

“This pub was recommended by my parents as a good place for a meal and a real ale, on the day of the booking I admit to looking at the reviews and getting a bit worried, however I have got to say it did not disappoint, 5 (I think) Titanic beers plus 3 guest, the decor was traditional pub, with lovely Christmas lights, managed to find space in the car park too. The food was excellent, we had 5 different meals all really nice, steak, gammon, fish pie, fish and chips and a burger, real chips as well! Followes by 5 desserts, the crumble was a very good portion, and the stick toffee Christmas pudding was delicious. The lady who took our orders and delivered food was fantastic and provided great service all night. I would like to return in daylight so I can appreciate the countryside next time!”

“Well when you have 3 real ale pubs within 50 metres it has to be good!? The Dronfield Arms is another " Brew Pub" home to Tempest Brewery. Casta had one of their Pale Ales.. Rear beer decking next to car park to enjoy a sunny south facing summer afternoon. Somebody knew Casta was a relative of Flat Eric, 1990's Superstar. (Now penniless and living with us!) Pub very close to railway station.”

“We had an early dinner and a couple recommended the pies. After a starter of prawn cocktail I had the game pie and my wife had the beef and ale pie. Omg they were amazing. We each had a whole pie just swapping a half of the other persons. Cooked to perfection with vegetables, mash and delicious gravy. I would highly recommend a visit not just for the food but the staff are also very welcoming and friendly and make the experience even better.”

“This is what a pub is supposed to be like. Great service from the moment we stepped in. Moretti on tap. Magic. Good atmosphere, busy, country pub. The food is exceptional and proper home style cooking. You don't get that these days with all that boil in the bag ding dinners they serve at chains. Battered cod and chips was excellent. Liver and onions, pies, braising steak. Range of desserts. Very reasonably priced. I mean, it's where you go for a great meal. Thank you Alan and Tracey.”

Recently moved to clowne and we heard about dolphin and it did not dissapoint! Had the meal deal number 3, have to say for how tasty that fish was, how crunchy that batter was and how delicious those chips were it was absolute bang for your buck! 10/5 stars if i could!”

“A really friendly, cosy pub with a good atmosphere and an ideal place to watch sport, with live music every weekend. Quiz night every Thursday with a delicious pie and pea supper and friendly bar staff to serve a large selection of beers. A proper boozer that’s well worth a visit, regardless if you’re young or old and dog friendly.”
