“Been here quite a few times, sometimes just for coffee, other times had pizza and breakfast, (not at the same time!). Each time the food has been absolutely excellent. I'm not really a pizza fan but these are on a par with ones I've had in Italy. My only gripe, and it doesn't just apply to here, many places do it and I've never understood it, and that is (referring to the English breakfast) why do you cook and provide such great food yet ruin it by supplying the most awful, cheap and nasty brown and red sauce. If it's a cost thing, why not just add 50p to each breakfast and get proper HP Sauce and Heinz Tomato Ketchup? Really, really baffles me!!”

“Pleasant, independent Italian coffee shop and restaurant. You can order pizza or pasta (homemade with local ingredients) alongside a coffee for less than the cost of a shipped-in panini at other places. Also do a variety of salads and sandwiches.”

“The food was incredible. Large portions and all tasted very fresh. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve. Bit quiet in there as it was a Tuesday evening but the staff, music and decorations helped create a nice atmosphere.”

“My wife wanted to try Thai food for the first time so we made an order for collection. When we collected the dining area was packed, but that didn't stop us receiving fast and great service, the food was still piping hot by the time we got home. The food itself was amazing, you could smell and taste all the different ingredients used, we will definitely be ordering again.”

“Great lunch stop off joint if you fancy something different. The queues are out the door most of the time. I went for the Chicken and Spicy Potato, and a Falafel and Halloumi large wrap. I also ordered a portion of meat samosas. All the staff are super friendly and despite being busy busy, still took the time out to chat to every customer. The gentleman manning the till was literally flying around allover the shop. Was impressive to watch! The wraps were amazing…. The sauces we added were, Chilli, mint and Tahini. The large option will have you well and truly stuffed. The samosas weren't great if I’m honest. They were tiny and made of filo pastry, not of proper pastry as shown on their own menu board. If I’d known they were filo, I’d not have ordered them. Their great service and expectional wraps made up for the samosa.”

“OMG, I'm still star struck! I can't believe this happened! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with such unique decor. Gorgeous attention to detail The food is fantastic too, definitely more of a "dirty vegan" experience than a healthy one, which I love. Who doesn't adore a juicy burger? So good! I absolutely loved the satay "chicken" loaded fries, so highly recommend those. The cocktails are also stunning and so well made. I loved the espresso martini. It's made with Guinness, but don't let that put you off! There are lovely views over the river from the restaurant, and it was great to see all the wildflowers. Sadly, there was no sign of the visiting otters. As if that wasn't enough, I was so delighted and shocked to see the owner, Oli Sykes, in there with his family! As much as it killed me, *seriously* killed me, I didn't want to bother him for a selfie as he was enjoying personal time with his family. It just goes to show how good the food must be if he eats there himself! I went on a Sunday and noticed the menu is a bit more limited, which sadly loses them a star for food, but there were still lots of burger and loaded fries options for anyone not wanting the more traditional vegan Sunday roast. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, which just makes the whole experience even better! I also loved how dog friendly it is. I just loved seeing so many gorgeous pooches being made to feel at home here! Absolutely recommend it!”

You can byob for a corkage fee of only £3pp so can bring a bottle of wine and get a bit sloshed to make the food taste even more incredible. “Been going here nearly all my life and it’s the best fish and chips shop in Sheffield. I’ve always had fish and chips and they have always been amazing. Now I’ve started having chicken nuggets and the nuggets are so delicious, warm and fresh. I love going here and so does all my family. The owner is amazing, so kind and welcoming!!!”

“Tried for the first time tonight after being told to try off many different friends. Amazing quality food, great prices and freebies!! Service was brilliant, I looked at the wrong menu online but they were patient and made things for me that were not on the menu. We will be back especially now we have seen the amount of choice on the correct menu.”

“The best pizza - Luigi hand stretches all the bases personally, unlike most of the pizza shops around here that use pre-made bases. The prices have barely increased in the 30+ years that this place has been open. He doesn't deliver, he doesn't need to, its that popular. If you want a Friday tea-time pizza phone it in or you will be waiting, it's that popular.”

“I thought I'd stop giving my money to those pesky American chains and try a local pizza by local people. Boy they did not disappoint! Ingredients quality is much higher and our pizzas had this beautiful char from what I assume is a wood fired oven. Piecewise it's about the same as a D*****'s and delivery was exactly on time so it's a no brainer, this place is my official new pizza provider. I can't wait to try the calzones!”

Seriously, it’s the best u can get delivered. Even if they are busy, if u need it quick they deliver and it’s always absolutely bang on. Never leave a review but they deserve a good ‘en”

“One of the loveliest Italian places we've been to. Excellent atmosphere, wonderful staff, and great food. Only criticisms would be a personal preference for more 'bread-like' pizza dough (higher protein and water content, minimal oil content), and for proper Kalamata olives as opposed to generic (and otherwise awful) "black olives". Oh, and I just prefer linen to serviettes. But otherwise it's a simply wonderful place, with good-quality ingredients, and we'd be delighted to go back in the near future. Thanks very much.”

“Went for the first time to this family run business after a recommendation & reading reviews. This is the best kebab we have ever had. We ordered one chicken & one doner kebab. The amount of meat we got & the quality was outstanding. The sauces were amazing especially the chilli. The best chilli sauce ever. Now onto the staff. So pleasant & friendly. These guys deserve your business. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. We are definitely returning.”

“went for bottomless brunch with nine pals on the weekend. super speedy service - we literally never had an empty drink and you definitely get your money's worth with the deal!! the food was a great portion too - kept you full but not loads of food leftover. three of us weren't drinking and the venue let us order from the normal food menu rather than the bottomless brunch menu which was really appreciated! lots of vegan and vegetarian options too. mikela deserves a special mention - she served us both times ive been and has always been super lovely and smiley and attentive!”

“I went for dinner with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by this cosy, intimate little restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing and warm, with an open-to-the-room kitchen that added to the character. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. What stood out the most, though, was the menu—definitely not your standard, predictable pasta sauces. The variety was refreshing, creative, and full of flavour. They also offer gluten-free fusilli pasta, which is a huge bonus. I can honestly say the pasta I ordered was the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly balanced with a decent portion size. Considering the quality, the pricing felt very reasonable. Overall, a delightful place. I would absolutely return and highly recommend!”

“Went to Barracuda tonight for the first time and it was STUNNING. One of the only places in Mansfield I've known to sell Savaloy which was absolutely delicious. The chips were incredible and very fresh. The servers were also incredibly friendly. I definitely will be coming here again!”

“This was my first time eating at Qashqai Kitchen after hearing a lot about the restaurant, and to be honest, it was a great experience. The customer service was 10/10, and the food was amazing — real, pure home-cooked dishes. I don’t know the name of the guy who served us. He was a big, muscular guy who looked quite serious at first, but as soon as you start talking to him, you realize he is such a sweet, humble, and welcoming person. The restaurant was very busy and crowded, yet he still provided excellent service. I absolutely recommend this place. It’s one of those rare restaurants you won’t find anywhere else.”
