“The booking system is great, as you can arrive and straightway have your haircut! I arrived and Sarah opened the door for me. A really nice room. She gave me a special, new mask for hairdressing. I showed her a photo of the style I'd like, she looked at it in detail and did the same to my hair. It's the most relaxed & least stressful trip to a barber I've had in my life, and that's particularly impressive given the lockdown/coronavirus conditions that we're in. (I was recommended to this by a neighbour and I can now see why :))”

The lady Laura was fantastic as we arrived slightly late as the walk we were on took longer than anticipated, when we rang she told us not to panic and she'd let us in still, and to travel safely which was lovely. The pod was very clean and tidy on arrival, mugs and hot drinks on a little table. The bed was very comfy and there was heating in the pod which made it warm and cosy. I just wished we could have stayed longer here! We will be back!!!”

If you are looking for something unique and special, I would highly recommend hiring them for your special day. Karen organised every detail we required and Dean was on hand on the day with any questions anyone had about the Alpacas. A great experience all round!”

“An amazing place to enjoy a beer, glass of wine and beautiful pizza, fries and nibbles. The pizzas are so tasty and the beer and wine selection is really good quality. Love it that Abbeydale Brewery beers are always on at least one tap, a very local brewery, they are a few hundred metres across the road. As well as amazing food, the service is so good. Tonight, one of the team checked with the table next to us on their order as they are regulars and one of the ingredients sounded different to the normal order. They were right! Great attention to detail and care. We have been coming here for years and realised we have not reviewed it. Should have done ages ago. Also, out of 40 odd visits they would all be 5 stars. Thanks Gary and team for a brilliant neighbourhood restaurant. Last point! If you order for delivery it's still great!”

“Absolutely amazing restaurant, especially for those gluten free. It’s not often you visit somewhere where pretty much the whole menu is inclusive to those GF and coeliac. Staff were incredible knowledgable, helpful with choices and the food was delicious. Already planning my next trip back!”

“Best fish n chip shop in worksop. Used them a number of times, also eaten from the others a number of times so i feel i can make a fair comparison. Ordered on a friday night at 7pm, i was expecting a long delivery time because of this. It arrived in 30 mins, which is a good time for friday fish n chips. Chips are good, not greasy. Haddock is nice, flaky fish, crispy batter. Its always the same every time i order, consistency is there. Very good value for money, i didnt even plate up all of the chips(regular size). I have a big appetite and think a small may suffice. Could easily share a regular between two people.”

“This is a lovely little cafe. We have been a few times, and today, my husband had sausage, chips, egg, and beans, and I had a club sandwich and a piece of Victoria sponge cake. The service is really good and all the staff are really friendly. The menu is full of variety, and there is also a specials board. I would recommend calling off here for lunch or coffe, cake and a natter.”

“Really fun impromptu evening meal with the family. These guys have a great reputation for daytime food and coffee but also do weekend bistro nights. Delicious, interesting food, well cooked and presented. Really friendly service. Highly recommended. Was quiet for a Friday so you might be lucky short notice, really they should be full every night.”
