“Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”

“In the first week of March I brought my son in for his first pair of shoes during the weekday at around 3-4 o clock. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.”

“Typical big box Next Home on the southern edge of Gallagher Retail Park. Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

“I made a rare visit to M&S in Wolverhampton. ( Friday, September 5th 8.30am ) to spend a gift voucher. The young man on the self scan was very polite and helpful. It's a real shame that this store is closing permanently later this month. I've heard M&S are planning to open a food store at a new site in Wolverhampton soon. I hope so. The store in Dudley Street Wolverhampton will be missed.”
