“Visited on Saturday 18th October 25. Was assisted at the scan and go as we were having problems by assistant Angela Jones. She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. A credit to the company !”

“I use this store on a regular basis. It is a ‘small’ supermarket but still has an excellent range of goods both own and proprietary brands. The staff are friendly, work hard and are always friendly. Plenty of car parking.”

“I must admit, I only popped in to use the cash point, of which there's 3 and all working, and the toilet which was fairly clean for 7.00pm, it looked busy, plenty of working tills and staff in sight. The trolley parks were tidy and a large clean car park. I cant comment on much more.”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.”

I only went in for sandwiches and ended up getting the veg.. unbelievable prices .. potatoes 2kg, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, swede all mix and match 5 for £1.. how can you go wrong... keep up the fantastic work guys... and im not local was passing through.. very busy store too”

“Really good location, carpark can get really busy during peak times so you may have to park a little further and walk that little extra. Availability of trolleys is good, there are cash points outside which are handy, the store does not have good phone signal.”

“Took a walk to this little local Asda to get cash out for a car repair. Did a small shop and (unusually for me) paid cash at a self-service till. The till was a bit on the slow side to register things but I thought nothing of it until, during my walk home, I realised I'd collected my coin change but not the £5 note. Dashed back expecting the cash to have disappeared, only to find the till staff appearing to expect me - one lady who had scanned my vouchers for me had found the note, reprinted my receipt and handed it over without question. Very happy with the staff, so helpful and honest!”

“I went into Asda Shirley today looking for a packet of onion sauce, I had tried other shops previously but could not get it. I asked a man that was stacking the shelves, he told me that a lady had also asked for this last week, buy they did not seem to stock it. I carried on with my shopping, then the same man that I asked came up to me with a box of onion sauce, he had checked the boxes on the top shelf and this box was behind another box! I praised him for his excellent customer service!, he told me his name was Channy, not many people go out of their way like this anymore, so I just wanted to praise him for this .”

“Really superstore. As mom, the school uniform area is very completed, and you can find everything that you need for the school. And also everything for home. Very clean and organised. And is very big, so go with time to look into every area, and you will find amazing things.”

She helped me to find a product I was looking for – it wasn't on the shelf, and she checked in the back for me.She was very kind and patient throughout , explaining why it might be out of stock and offering alternatives. It was very sweet she went the extra mile unlike some shops.”
