“We took some friends here as we had been previously and had an amazing experience and time, so thought we would share with some more friends who travelled from Stoke on Trent. We were all absolutely delighted and the staff team delivered outstanding customer service, we were met and greeted by Leah and Natasha who are lovely ladies and what great senses of humour! Guy, Harry and the Chef Jay and Ahmed took exceptional care of the 6 of us. The menu has an excellent array of choices and we had deep fried onion rings and cheesy garlic bread the best we’ve ever tasted. The Bacon chop, cottage pie and chicken parmigiana were quite simply delicious and excellent value for money and we all tried something different and we all agreed it was worth the journey from Stoke on Trent. One of our group bought some chocolates as we were leaving but they were gone by the time we arrived home! Thanks to Guy and the team who made our visit perfect nothing was too much trouble and they all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! We shall definitely be back! An outstanding customer service experience in such an iconic setting we shall definitely return!”

“Waiting an hour or so for a train, could see this place from the ground floor, thought it would be perfect to spend my hour! Escalators up but, there is a lift too just not so easy to see, as I had suitcases, that’s for me. Lovely pleasant staff, found my seat next to the glass railing with a commanding view of the bull. Picked from a good menu, tasted great, plenty of it, well presented. Coffee was good too. And you aren’t stuck in a shop, the people watching is great! I didn’t know the bill performs on the hour!! A very pleasant hour, thoroughly recommend.”

“Fairly new coffee shop, a few friends had been in the day before, and I was actually just looking to kill some time before leaving the city. Thought I'd stop by as I'd been told it was quite nice. The cafe itself is a little small, but has fairly sheltered seating outside as well as inside tables. The decor and general look is so clean and light, and the music is low and easy to listen to if that's your vibe. I didn't have any food as I'd already eaten, but every cake and pastry looked gorgeous! I had a hot chocolate which was a good size for the price, and was very hot, so I had to take my time sipping while it cooled a little. But that's just my preference! The guy behind the counter was lovely and so accommodating! He definitely seemed passionate about his job, and made me feel really welcome.”
