“My wife and I ate here before a gig as I'm a big fan of their beer. The food was really nice, the beer was great and the staff were fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond, even preparing and suggesting we move to a table away from the door so we wouldn't get the cold air everytime it opened. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, a real credit to the bar and to BrewDog.”

“After the manager at broad street let us down, the manager at this location gave amazing customer service. Seated all 11 of us quickly by putting tables together even though it was busy. One of the garlic breads was burnt and they changed it straight away. 5 stars from me”

“We had the prawn bao, salmon kimbap, seafood okonomiyaki, and crab inari with two drinks. Very yummy, authentic food that didn’t disappoint! It came out to £52, including tip. We walked in with no reservations at 7 pm on Saturday and were seated instantly because there were only two other couples. Not halal, but there are vegetarian, gluten-free, and seafood options.”

“This is not your traditional pizza place, it is truly unique with a fantastic menu and lovely staff! We had a half and half pizza with hot honey pepperoni (more places defo need to do this) and Flaming Florence! Both sides were delicious but the Flaming Florence definitely packed the spicy kick! We also tried a Smash Edition loaded box, and loved it! The burger wasn’t overly greasy (very rare compared to other burger places), the fries were loaded with sauce chicken and jalapeños! The highlight though was the freshly made chicken tenders, soft and succulent with a delicious batter on! We really enjoyed this place and would recommend to our friends and family! In addition, they have an amazing Gaza initiative until the end of the year. Where the owner will personally buy a hot meal for a person in Gaza by donating £1 from every £10 spent by the customer! Another amazing reason to support this local business”

“What an absolutely stunning meal! We really rated that there was a great selection of veggie and vegan options with some dishes that we hadn't tried before. Everything we tried was so fresh and delicious, but our favourite dishes were the Croquetas, Salantourmasi, Mango & Feta Salad and Lamb Koftas... Although the Churros stole the show, and were the nicest Churros we think we've ever eaten!!! The Sangria was absolutely delicious. When the karafe arrived I thought it would be too much but I quite happily glugged it down with my meal - refreshing and boozy, the perfect combination! The restaurant has a welcoming and cosy vibes, which we loved. Alex and Peter were such pros, you can tell they have been in the restaurant industry for a long time with their effortless hospitality and attention to detail! We really enjoyed our meal here and would happily return to try more of the menu, which rotates as the seasons change. And also for the Churros... They are worth driving to another city for alone!!!”

“Went today with my dad and brother and we all agreed it was the best Japanese ramen we have had in a long time. Very authentic Japanese broth and nice firm noodles. The crispy chicken side was so juicy with a crisp coating, a must try! I had a Hokkaido style butter and corn ramen and it was incredible. The broth was creamy and savoury and the melting butter added such a nice flavour. The service was brilliant too, friendly staff who explain the menu and ordering procedure with a smile really adds to the experience and to top it all off the price was amazing. 15 quid for a ramen, side and drink!! We will be back!!”

We love this place as it’s got such a friendly relaxed vibe with top quality food and service but Cristina went above and beyond for us. “This might be the best chicken & chip in the UK. Just today I paid £4 for a chicken burger, chips, drink and unlimited dips, £4!!! Absolutely amazing. The owner has kept the prices the same for many years and has become a pillar of the community. The food is always cooked really fresh, is perfectly hot and is perfectly cooked. It is also cooked really fast. The bossman is top notch and I have never had a problem with them for the past several years they’ve been open. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first about a dodgy takeaway but i’ve now been a loyal customer for many years and I could not recommend this place more. The shop is also open pretty much all day as well which makes it good for lunchtime and for dinner.”
