You can pay by cash or card which is good to see as others only except cash. Staff are really friendly and polite and always leave you wanting to come back for more. I've been going for a while now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!”

“Had a long walk around Sutton Park and decided to take a seat outside and order some food and a drink. There was 5 of us and 6 doggies. You have to order at the till as didn’t seem to be table service which is fine. Long queue that moved quickly and food was prompt on a ticket system. We all ordered a hot drink, my hot chocolate with cream and marsh mellows was lovely, followed by the all day breakfast. Others ordered the chicken wraps and the halloumi. Would definitely visit again. They were also advertising live music etc in the evenings.”

“I don’t get too emotional about food. Most of the time I taste, shrug and move on with my life. When I dined at Poli, a casual pizza restaurant, on the first bite into the pickled grapes I stopped dead in my tracks and assessed what I was tasting. It didn’t stop there, the buratta, courgette Pizza, sourdough bread. All dishes were dancing salsa style on the dance floor of my taste buds. I forgot where I was and when reality slowly settled back in I had a smile on my face. Goodness gracious, the dough used in the pizza and side of bread has so many textures and flavours it makes my mind spin. When you have dough that good, when it’s prepared perfectly in a wood fires oven the result is outer crisp, crunch and inner elasticity. I have to give Poli a respectful bow. You are my favourite pizza restaurant.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Mellow’s Bar & Restaurant on Saturday and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious – full of flavour, well portioned, and clearly freshly prepared. Drinks were spot on too. What really made the visit special was the service. Big shout-out to our waiter DeeJay – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were looked after from start to finish and added such a positive vibe to the evening. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Mellow’s to anyone looking for good food and good energy.”

Our server, Toni, was friendly and helpful and gave recommendations when asked and helped source my elderly mother a smaller meal via the children’s menu. We have only been here before years ago for my brothers birthday. My brother used the pub regularly. To be honest I don’t know why we haven’t used it more. Maybe we will now. Thanks to all. “We had Sunday lunch here for the first time in April 2024 and since then another 5 or 6 times. It has always been excellent, £11 or £12 for 2 different meats, roasts and mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pudding, stuffing and gravy. Served piping hot and cooked perfectly. The staff are very friendly and the tables in the conservatory are spotlessly clean. Normally have a couple of golden glow too. Cannot fault it at all.
