“I visit the shop every week to get my dog’s raw food. They stock a huge range of raw for me to choose from and every week there is something new to look at. Staff are very friendly and well informed. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do. I even had a bespoke made, wooden raised dog station. My dog willow came out looking like she stepped right out of a magazine! She was happy and looked absolutely amazing! “my two girls go here and the service is always excellent. we have a miniature long haired dachshund (Ailee) and a shepsky (Luna) (which is quite the size and coat difference) and they do an amazing job on both. they take amazing care of them, knowing Ailee has separation anxiety when without me but she showns no bad signs and loves the girls there! their coat difference also shows the amazing experience they have and I would trust no one else to look after my girls and always meet my expectations. if I could give 10 stars I would.”

Not only did they do an amazing job they. managed to get her in straight away as she still had lugs in her fur chewing gum stook in her paws and over grown nails. The girls are lovely and I just know he is treated well in there, which is comforting to know when you leave your dog somewhere for a few hours. Not only did she look good she was also very relaxed. She has spent the rest of the day happily snoozing and snuggling on the sofa. From our initial contact through to the groom Tonia and Steve have been professional, responsive and friendly. They took their time to talk through Dusty's needs before the groom and have ensured she came home well and truly pampered. “Absolutely would recommend bromsgrove dog beautician’s. Very friendly service and had so much patience with my dog Bella who’s 5 years old and her first time being fully groomed. I informed them the first time I had taken her in 2021 to a different groomers, I had to collect her as they wouldn’t finish her due to her being a little aggressive at times. Bella has come out smelly beautiful and her coat looks amazing. 10/10 service!”

“I took our 12 year old Westie Bolly for a complete groom last week and was very impressed by the groomers and how great Bolly looks. She had a bad experience at her first ever groomers when they cut her hair very short and I suspect were not very good with her, since then I have groomed and cut her hair myself, but she had got very tangled and I just couldn't do it anymore. I emailed with my request expecting a couple of weeks wait and was amazed when offered an appointment the following day. I took the appointment and explained that Bolly was nervous and they were great. On the morning of the appointment I couldn't find the unit they work from and they came and found me. I was told she'd be a couple of hours so I settled in Costa at the Asda and waited. When I collected her, I couldn't believe how good she looked! It was worth every penny of the £40.00 I paid. She will be returning there in about 3 months for another haircut. Also they only accept cash payments as they have no card machine, but they tell you that in the text they send to collect your dog. Really, really impressed by their work and Bolly looks so much younger without her shaggy coat. Parking is great, they have a small car park directly outside the unit.”

“We have used Millionhairs for some five years, Jo always takes excellent care of my little shitzu/Tibetan spaniel cross, Tilly. Tilly is a very timid and sensitive little dog but she loves her pamper sessions with Jo and she always looks absolutely gorgeous afterwards. Jo certainly know her stuff and takes great pride and real care. We left Birmingham 7 months ago and we are still traveling over 30miles to Jo as we've found her so hard to replace!
