“Visited this restaurant on Saturday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service is absolutely first class, so attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food was amazing and had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable”

“Had lunch with my young family and had the Sunday burgers. There was good selection of burgers too cater for the stuff tastes and on Sunday they have a £10 offer. The cabin fries are also a must try. Would happily go again and enjoy their beer garden”

“Really good! We had a lovely meal here. We were a party of five, all vegetarian. There was a big selection of vegetarian food, lots of tofu dishes, loads of vegetable dishes and rice and noodley things. They have nice soups too. The food comes out lightening fast and is super fresh and hot. You can order as much and as often as you like. Just make sure you eat it all. Recommended.”

“Stopped by this place while venturing around ‘The Lanes’ with my partner and a friend and what an amazing find (even worth a visit for the coffee alone!) The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive and really made our morning. We only stopped for coffee but decided to stay for breakfast after looking at the menus, our friend opted for the Islas Breakfast which looked amazing (lovely bit of sausage), my partner went for the No Meat Breakfast; both would have given me food envy had my Hash not been so tasty! The food arrived quickly and nothing was too much to ask of the staff. Definitely a little gem and we will definitely be returning!”

The tofu is super fluffy and soaks in all the sauce and flavours. Beers for 4£ are a steal! We finished with the coconut sticky rice with mango. Can’t recommend this place enough. “Genuinely maybe the best 3 course meal I've ever had, booked the function room for a surprise 30th and was genuinely unbelievable. We had Riccardo (might be slightly wrong) but couldn't have asked for any more. It is slightly on the more expensive side but one million % worth it if you want the full experience. “Enjoyed an amazing 3-course meal after being unable to get in to Prezzo opposite and crossing the road to try Dom. I always thought it looked a bit empty when passing but it's spacious with plenty of inside and outside seating. It was fairly full with a nice atmosphere. Service was good, food was reasonably priced and we were made to feel welcome. Will definitely be back next time I fancy Italian.”

“This place is amazing. Loved the vibe, music, and most importantly the food. We were looking for the perfect place that served breakfast; cooked for me and vegan for my wife. After looking at several places, we found Kooks. We were served by the very friendly Glyn. What arrived was knock-out (see photos). My poached eggs were perfect. Real attention to detail with the cooking. And my wife’s yoghurt and granola was exactly what she craved, but there was also a vegan cooked breakfast option. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and we’ll be going back the next time we’re in Brighton. Love love love ❤️”

“I have tried most well established Indian restaurants in the UK and this is the best Indian restaurants I have ever visited in the UK. The dishes which were exciting were mutton chukka, dosai varieties, butter milk and coffee. Must try these dishes when you visit. When you ask for coffee, please ask for strong one if you are a fan of kumbakonam coffee drinker (if you don't get one, again request to make it strong like I did). However, the chilli parrota, fish curry and fish fry were average taste. In curd vada the vada needs to be socked to taste even better. The ambience was really great with Tamil songs. Try to book a table of you visiting over a weekend or bank holidays.”
