It seems the restaurant was unexpectedly busy and therefore delivery took longer than expected I then had plans and could not wait for it to be delivered and Deliveroo was refusing a refund. However I had someone at SMOQUEβS by the name of BETSY WHO WAS SO WONDERFUL. So so so helpful, kind and understanding of my situation and helped me so much. Thankfully I got my refund and I must say Betsy is a true gem and credit to the company. Thank you so much for your help Betsy. I will be ordering again as I know how good the food is!!β

βI booked an appointment with the pharmacy for my covid jab. I arrive on time and was greeted by friendly staff and seen on time, and the injection was done by Syeda in a very professional manner. The waiting area before the injection was great with seating and other clients waiting all chatting to each other.
