“When we walked in, we first noticed the BEAUTIFUL decor and really calming music! The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome and wanted! The food was lovely - we both tried the poached eggs w salmon on toast and the scrambled eggs and pepperoni on toast (which we've never tried before but the pepperoni definitely works!!)- the food was lovely and we were full half way through! We chatted with the staff about their plans for the Panda Lounge moving forward and we're really excited to see the business flourish! We will be back! Thank you for excellent service!”

“I have tried most well established Indian restaurants in the UK and this is the best Indian restaurants I have ever visited in the UK. The dishes which were exciting were mutton chukka, dosai varieties, butter milk and coffee. Must try these dishes when you visit. When you ask for coffee, please ask for strong one if you are a fan of kumbakonam coffee drinker (if you don't get one, again request to make it strong like I did). However, the chilli parrota, fish curry and fish fry were average taste. In curd vada the vada needs to be socked to taste even better. The ambience was really great with Tamil songs. Try to book a table of you visiting over a weekend or bank holidays.”

“Kamal is our favourite curry place. We don't order from anywhere else now because it is always disappointing! If we fancy curry on a Tuesday when they are shut we either bite the bullet and cook or get a completely different cuisine! Totally recommend them!”

“Great shop in the middle of brighton and hove. Deceptively large and has everything one could want. The staff in here are friendly and knowledgeable and there are more tills here than you can poke a stick at. The self service ones at least, but noone really wants manned tills anyway, too much conversation for my liking. Anyway I digress, great shop and good selection of flowers also”

“Had a brilliant meal, and the staff made my day and my birthday. We went late afternoon and they had just cleared the room after a big party. I really wanted to sit by the window and watch the sea, as living in Milton Keynes, we are completely land locked. They cleared a table so I could look out having my dinner. The staff (waiter and barman) went above and beyond, and the drinks and meals were fantastic. A faultless experience, and I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them”

“In the right place at the right time just what we needed after Brighton pride walking back into town. Considering it was manic at the time the staff handled everything very well got the food out really quickly and it was right on point. After standing up and walking around for 2 days the bus shelter opposite made a handy seating area to eat quickly before heading off and grabbing a pint. With Domino's what you see is what you get but the staff here were perfect especially under pressure.”

“My friends and I booked through First Table, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The restaurant is on Boundary Road, quite a way from central Brighton, but the interior is worth the trip — beautifully decorated and full of character. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who offered some great suggestions. We tried their Turkish white wine, which was spot on, then moved on to starters and mains. The highlight for me was the lamb casserole — absolutely heavenly! What really sets this place apart from other Turkish restaurants I’ve been to is the pricing. Even without the 50% First Table discount, the menu is very reasonably priced. The only downside for me is the location, as it’s quite far from where I live (Preston Park). Food was sensational, as was the service and decor. £5.70 for two bottles of Schweppes soda water for our wine was a little shock on the bill, I feel you could purchase soda siphons or a soda stream to offer this to guests at a lower price…baring in mind it is free in most establishments. Constructive, as we had a lush lunch with you regardless.”

“Absolutely incredible eatery. Stunning variety of small plates, lovely surroundings both indoors and out, and an extensive drinks list. The food was OUTSTANDING. The chefs catered to our request to have a dish that wasn’t on the normal menu. The food came out in good time and each dish had an entirely unique and tasty fingerprint. My personal favourite was the satay mushrooms with a cherry jus (inspired by PB&J). Big shout out to Amy and Claire who were fantastic and helpful hosts!”
