I spent a lot of time choosing and trying them out, and felt no pressure to hurry or to make a purchase. Delivery was easy and everyone has been helpful from start to finish. We now have two mattresses that suit us perfectly, and I am really pleased. I highly recommend Sussex Beds - its great to buy from a smaller business and I feel I got the more personal level of service that you just don't get with a big chain. Thank you. “The STC team have recently completed a substantial refurbishment in my daughter’s property which comprised a new Kitchen, Bathroom and Downstairs cloakroom. The entire team have been very professional from start to finish including design, procurement and fitting. The fit took just under five weeks with a number of teams working on the project. The finishing is to a very high standard and the pricing reasonable given the work involved. We would strongly recommend Steve and his team, it is always unnerving to contemplate a project of this size but they have been great from start to finish.”

“Optimum engineers have been sent by our appliance insurers Domestic & General to repair our hob and oven several times over the last year, and we were always pleased by their efficiency and customer service. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to leave an online review though if I hadn't had a really awful experience with another company which Domestic & General sent to repair our oven last moth. Basically that company failed to do the job, we were without the oven for over 5 weeks and I spent half a day last week on the phone to Domestic & General insisting that they book us in with the engineers they sent to us in the past (Optimum). Eventually, the appointment was booked, their engineer came today, super-helpful and nice guy, fixed the oven in 10 minutes! I'd definitely recommend Optimum to others, both in terms of the quality of engineers we have dealt with and also very pleasant and helpful telephone customer service.”

“Very helpful staff, competitive prices and good selection. Ordered a washing machine on Monday, delivered Thursday the same week. Old machine taken away and delivery guys were first rate as it was a tight squeeze getting it into a 200 year old cottage. Couldn't have been any better!!”

“We have recently bought a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner from Carters in Tarring Rd Worthing. Rob, the manager, is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive. Rob went out of his way to source the vacuum cleaner. Their customer service is good and being local is very accessible should I require it. I highly recommend them.”

“A really lovely restaurant that a friend and I visited Saturday lunchtime. We went for the set lunch menu. My friend is Slovak and really enjoyed the chicken schnitzel. I am vegetarian so went for halloumi burger. We also had a large salad bowl (50% discount with a main meal). . I do think they need to increase the vegetarian choices in the set menu because that was a bit restricted. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.”
