“Visited a few times now and you get table service, which is gd as I hate ordering at the counter due to using crutches. Plus yr food is served quick and hot every time. Had a lovely steak meal this morning and will def be back again for one.”
“The best Italian pizza I had in yeeears. Sooo good. Really looking forward to a have taste when I am in the area again.”
“We had a truly incredible meal here last weekend. The service was flawless, attentive and thoughtful - they personalised our menus in honour of the birthday, which was an amazing touch. The food was gorgeous, the starters were fresh and light, the pastas were the best I’ve had outside of Italy and I couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend for a special occasion!”
“We had a great time at Snobby's for a birthday celebration with 15 people. The owner Nick looked after us all night, alongside his friendly and helpful team. The space is tastefully styled yet relaxed and the food is just incredible! We had a selection of the whole menu which came on small sharing plates. The portions were generous and my personal highlights were the braised lamb and cured fish. Make sure you book before visiting to avoid disappointment!”
“The food is delicious and it is worth treating yourself to. The owners and members of staff are very welcoming. There is a car park but you need to be careful when driving in as the space between the hotel and neighbouring wall is tight. Unfortunately, in our room we could not receive BBC 1 or BBC2.”
“Had a lovely lunch here today. Service was friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, tasted fresh and authentic. About to move to the area so will definitely be coming back!”
“Great old pub with lots of atmosphere!”
“We had our Ladies Networking Christmas lunch here today and it was absolutely delicious! We had our own space which was really lovely and the service was fab too! Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon!”
“My favorite place in Bristol. If you're vegan or vegetarian i recomend a 100% to go, not far from the city center, all the food is made at home. I love it because every day have a soup and is lovely when is very cold in winter.”
“Excellent food to eat in and available from the deli. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back”

“WOW ! What a lovely place, this is the first time i have visited but my sister is local and has been here several times before.. We were a party of 9 celebrating our aunties 80th birthday. The food was really nice and cooked fresh. The restaurant is a lovely building and very nicely decorated. The staff were all very helpfull, freindly, happy, polite and couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend a visit to The Stables to anyone, i just wish i lived nearer. Well done to the staff, keep up the hard work. A return visit in August 2024 for my Mum's birthday celebration. Another excellent meal at the Stables BBQ and another excellent experience. Food, atmosphere and staff all fantastic. Loved every second of our visit.”
“Great food whatever it is you fancy. Always a warm welcome. No order is too much trouble.”

“Probably the best sangria in England! Great place to play backgammon too.”
“I don’t usually eat at snack vans but this place is 10/10. Been there 3 days in a row and every time has been cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.”
“WOW Ill start with the good and then the bad. Firstly the roasties were spot on, they had flavour and are part of the most important trio of a roast along with the gravy and meat which were AMAZING. Veg was fresh and all together honestly was amazing even being delivered! The bad More gravy it needs way more gravy!”
“Amazing food…..large portions very fresh definitely be back soon”

“Delicious food, good portions. We popped in for brunch, The home made hashbrowns are amazing. Was very busy today but waits weren't long and worth it. We will be back to try more as everything looked so good and we loved what we had. Absolutely recommenced to anyone in the area well worth it and a good price for quality food and coffee”
“We came here as a group of ten for my leaving do and wow… all I can say is i’m most definitely impressed! To start, the place itself is great. Spacious, clean, well maintained. It’s aesthetically pleasing and the minute you walk in you feel comfortable. The staff are friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The minute they noticed we were hot, they were quick to turn to air conditioning on— that’s how observant they were. They got us started with drinks and starters— most of us had wine which was tasty and crisp. Our starters were well presented and just enough for ten of us. Olives were tasty and fresh— the bread alongside with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar was warm and delicious. Finally, the garlic bread we ordered was the perfect amount of garlic and cheese without it being too greasy or heavy. We all had pasta which each and everyone of us was very happy about. The portions were perfect— not too much but not too little either. I felt full but not uncomfortable which I prefer— and there was no food wasted. I had a mushroom risotto which was rich, fresh and the risotto was cooked perfectly. Sometimes when I order the dish in other places it’s either not quite cooked properly or it’s over cooked. This was just right. A lot of people had seafood and they had mentioned how tasty and fresh it was too. Then finally, most of us had desserts. My tiramisu was absolutely divine. The perfect amount of sponge and the delicious creamy filling— a bonus is that the coffee wasn’t too overwhelming so you still got to taste the chocolate too. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and we definitely will be back!”
“I am happy to have found an excellent Italian restaurant not far from where I live after I did some research with one of the highest ratings. We had scallops which was noticeably fresh, garlic bread very light and not doughy, rib eye steak came with fresh vegetables and very nice chips with generous amount of peppercorn sauce for £2 My children had pasta which they enjoyed but almost couldn’t finish it all due to the good size portion! I would give full marks for the quality, presentation, lovley atmosphere and service . I notice this restaurant didnt have a service charge so a tip was added. I lm hoping to revisit soon to try other dishes.”
“Friendly place for some pub grub. Good size portions served by friendly staff.”
“Ate Sunday lunch here today. Absolutely lovely. The lamb was superb and the nut roast was one of the best I’ve tasted. The veg were cooked to perfection and the red cabbage was delicious. Very good service and the live piano was delightful. I cannot fault anything. Will definitely eat here again.”
“It was absolutely brilliant! Our server today, Barbara, was wonderful, and I highly recommend the Millers Steakhouse Dirty Burger – it’s amazing.”
“We tried the Langton for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last. The staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming to us and our 2 corgis. All the staff gave the dogs so much love. We loved sitting in the back beer garden, the dogs loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. We also saw that they had a darts board, something we are excited to use in the future! We tried their Friday special, 3 for £15 light bites and were blown away by how big the serving sizes were, it was plenty of food for 2. We tried the wings, jalapeño bites and cheese fries, so delicious! We will be back to try the halloumi sticks and pigs in a blanket in the future. Thanks for the great evening!”
“Did the lunchtime deal on a Thursday, amazing value for money, absolutely beautiful food (the aubergine was so so good), will definitely be back next time I am in Bristol. Really nice wine too, great vibes inside and the service was super friendly, a perfect dining experience.”
“I've been trying to get back to littlefrench for sometime, so a business trip to Bristol gave the ideal excuse to stay on and visit for lunch. The name provides a big clue as to the style of the menu and in practice it doesn't disappoint. We started by sharing some crispy pigs ears, before moving on to radish with cod's roe (simple and tasty) and scallops (beautifully cooked with a delicious sauce). For mains my partner had the lobster, which she says was pure bliss, whilst I had a fantastic flame grilled fillet, Dessert was cherry and almond tart to die for. There's an excellent range of interesting and reasonably priced wines by the glass and an extensive list if you are buying by the bottle. I'm going to need to find another reason to visit Bristol in the near future.”
