“I have just read a previous review and felt the need to leave a review of my experience. I find it amazing that i can exercise in the morning then work in the business hub for a couple of hours and then go and have a swim. I think this is brilliant that DV clubs can accommodate that and help people work and keep fit at the same time. This is not the gyms fault that someone doesn’t feel comfortable seeing people combining work & fitness. It looks like some comments and 1 star reviews have nothing to do with the club and its a shame that people feel the need to validate themselves by leaving a bad review on Google. I am so so happy my husband and i have joined the club, my only regret is that we haven’t done that sooner! PS My only comment would be - adding more sugar-free & healthy options to snacks and drinks like lemonade and ice coffee with sugar free syrup etc to the menu.”

“I have had a couple of good experiences with this vet but the last visit was outstanding. Our dog was attacked by another dog and although his injuries were minimal the staff were really sympathetic and understanding. They were honest with us that he probably didn’t need to see a vet but in a very kind understanding way that didn’t make us feel like we were over reacting. They also gave us some good advise on managing our dogs interactions going forward after the attack”

“Had a wonderful expierence at the clinic yesterday! Had gone in for 2 hours and was greated with the lovely receptionist who was able to explain to me what would happen, which calmed me as I can get quite anxious with most things health related. My expirience with Jaylei and Sarah was nothing short of amazing, such lovely people, very informative and happy to answer all of my questions. All in all, amazing at their jobs! “Our daughter, aged 6 loves her saturday morning drop in class at this gymnastics school. The senior staff are quite strict and want good focus from the children attending but personally I find it quite refreshing, while the younger teenage staff/students who work with the kids in the small groups are clear, enthusiastic, patient and friendly. I also appreciate the privilege of being able to watch the children do their thing and the school is located in a vibrant, buzzy area which we always enjoy after class.”

“Heartfelt Gratitude for Outstanding Medical Care in Bath I usually never leave reviews, but this time I feel the need to express my deepest appreciation for this extraordinary facility. On July 31, 2025, my wife and I were in Bath on a leisure trip, with the main purpose of visiting our three children who were attending a study abroad program at a college within the University of Bath. Shortly after our arrival, our eldest son (16 years old) informed us of a physical issue involving his younger brother. After an initial consultation with the college’s medical staff, we decided to take our youngest son to the hospital in Bath for a more thorough check-up. We went to the emergency room with what seemed like a minor issue, but the medical staff immediately took charge of our 12-year-old son (who was celebrating his birthday that very day) with great care, professionalism, and genuine dedication. After a series of exams, we were told that emergency surgery was necessary to prevent the loss of a vital organ. We were devastated – not only deeply concerned for our son’s health, but also overwhelmed by being far from home, in a foreign country. Still, we found strength and were guided every step of the way by the amazing medical team, including doctors, nurses, and anesthetists. They never let our morale drop and were by our side at all times leading up to the surgery. They allowed us to stay with our son right up until the moment of anesthesia, making sure he never lost visual contact with us and never felt anxious or afraid. Truly remarkable people. We entrusted our son to their capable hands, and they successfully saved the organ and ensured an impeccable recovery. Throughout the process, we were constantly informed and supported with empathy and clarity. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the incredible doctors and nurses at this hospital. You made a dramatic moment feel lighter, and your top-tier professionalism will never be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“I visited the Southmead A&E on Bank Holiday Saturday and was thrilled by the swift care and attention I received. From the man on reception, polite and understanding, to the nurse taking more details and giving me pain killers, to Dr Karuninyan Vipulendran's careful examination and request for x-rays to the speedy radiologist who took 3 pictures with great attention all most impressive and a tribute to an excellent department. The outcome a leg brace and crutches with a Discharge Summary printed and ready for my collection in just under one hour. Amazing and well done to the whole team.”

The staff is very nice, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, the doctors and nurses are do everything to the patient safety, they do their work with the utmost expertise, precision and care, and the patient really comes first to them.
