“We were made very welcome by Diana who looked after us whilst we were visiting friends in Bristol. The room was clean and comfortable and very close to town. She made us an egg breakfast both mornings with fresh berries and yogurt and recommended places to visit nearby. Would love to stay again next time we're in town!”

“I stayed at Pritchard Place in studio 10 a few days ago for 6 days. I must say that I was very pleased with my booking, the studio was very clean, there was water and a cookie waiting for me on the table, there was also coffee, tea, sugar, all in small sachets. The location of the Airbnb is simply the best - only a 2-minute walk to the shopping center ( Cabot Circus) and 10 minutes by bus to the main attractions in Bristol such as the SS Great Britain or the museum. I recommend”

“Perfect location after a day of touring Bath and the Roman Baths. Prices affordable and family rooms available. Close to some great restaurants and pubs for a meal or cocktail. Paid Parking is only about a 10 minute walk and offers 24 hours parking at very affordable rates. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we were staying for one night - our fault not theirs. we know for future - stay longer. Loved it”

“Stayed just 3 weeks after opening and the new owners are doing absolutely brilliant. Very reasonable price and an excellent nights sleep. Lovely large and clean room. Beautiful 16th century building. A few teething problems to sort which they are very much in the process of sorting (low water pressure/loose door handles/kitchen was being installed so no breakfast available) but I will most definitely be looking to stay there again when I expect the new owners will have a 4/5 star rating after seeing to these few minor issues.”

“Honestly don't understand all the negative reviews. You get what you pay for. The place is a bit outdated, but it's cheap and cheerful, clean and safe. It's a roof over your head for the night! We have absolutely no complaints. The staff were lovely to us and were happy to help, always had a smile when we saw them. Room was clean, tidy, fresh bedding and it was exactly what it says on the tin. Shared bathroom opposite the room but for the cheap price I think some people need to get a grip. Coffee and tea with biscuits provided, location is good and honestly didn't have any issues at all. Would definitely return for a no-frills, one night stop over.”
