βFor my business, they were fantastic. Incredibly helpful, polite, and professional.β
βThis is the Best Doctors surgery you will ever go to. The medicine is exceptional and can heal and turn your life around in weeks. We as a family think this is the way forward in integrating conventional medicine with Steiner medicine. This center is amazing ,people do get better and heal like myself. Wonderful calm Doctors who are there for you with a great sense of humour and very helpful nurses and reception staff. Cannot thank Dr Mulder and Harry enough they have supported me in so many ways( beautiful souls )i feel Blessed Thank you. Highly recommendedβ
βAbsolutely fantastic local Pharmacy - two members of staff were incredibly kind, generous and helpful when serving my wife, I and our newborn son. Having read the negative reviews, I am shocked, as I have only had brilliant experiences here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.β

βI popped in first thing on Wednesday morning this week and warmly greeted and served by Carol. So helpful and patient as I had noticed a product I wanted was advertised much cheaper online. She was great and ordered it for me instead of having to go online and do it myself. Fantastic customer service and genuinely enjoys her job! Will definitely pop in again. Thank youβ
βMark Avery is a very knowledgeable conveyancer and an expert in this area. Very experienced and reasonably priced. At busy times he can be tricky to get hold of, but rest assured, he is working hard behind the scenes.... He has also been working Saturdays during the really busy periods, so all credit to him. I've also had dealings with Maria Dash both professionally and personally and I can again speak very highly of her service... you may have to wait for a call or email back at times, but they know their job and the local area and the fees are very reasonable...β
βI'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I cannot rate this letting agency enough. After some horrific letting experiences as a student, City Property Lets were a breath of fresh air- they treated me and my housemates with respect and worked hard to help us feel as home as possible in our new flat. They took any queries we had seriously and saw to everything promptly- right down to fitting us with a doorbell as per our request! Really high quality flat and professional service throughout. Restored my faith in letting agencies :) thank you!β
βThe staff and the pharmacist (ramzi) is amazing! Can't do enough to help you, sometimes they do get swamped but they still serve with a smile and try there best to get you in and out so you don't have to wait around, I've been going here for years and love the staff and know them all by name they truly are great people who care,β
βI love this pharmacy! They went out of their way to source me some IVF drugs which they sell non-for-profit. All the staff (I met 3) were really great. Friendly. Brilliant. This might become my chosen pharmacy even though itβs miles from where I live. Thank you!β
βOof. I loved it so hard! Got bad advice and a bad attitudeβ
βI was impressed by how kind and helpful all the staff were when I had a problem obtaining the tablets my GP had prescribed. They took time to help me sort it out even when under pressure during very busy periods. I also had a very positive impression of this chemist some years back when helping a neighbour sort her medication on the phone. My neighbours always speak well of it too.β
βGreat GP surgery. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Always easy to get through to them via phone. Easy to get an appointment in a timely manner and the nurses and doctors are all extremely friendly and professional. Easy to sort out repeat medication via email too. Great team and you tell they are happy working there.β
βStaff here always friendly always trying their best to help.β
βVery friendly and welcoming reception staff. Ash Godara was so patient with me when I underwent a full top and bottom set of dental implants. He is a perfectionist but at least you know he is doing what he needs to do for the best possible outcome for you. I have read a few negative reviews but can honestly say that my experience has been a very positive one. I personally would and have recommended them to my family. Well done Ash and thank you soooo much for giving me back my smile. Jo Ewins.β
βI ordered from here before I saw all the 1 star results. I was pretty worried but the process was actually great. It was originally an antigen test, but when the new restrictions came in they emailed me and let me upgrade to PCR for about Β£35. I was emailed when the test was dispatched, with a link that would enable me to track my completed test return. The PCR was waiting for me when I got home. I completed it and sent it off. I checked the tracking link and it had arrived to the lab by the next day. My results were then available on the patient area by the following day. Really pleased with the whole process and enabled me to get out of self isolation really quickly. Would recommend and use again.β
βI have used Amelia 4 times now to certify documents. It has always been fast and efficient. I would recommend Leung & Co. and will continue to use them in future. Great service.β
βWe have rented with Liane Hanks Residential for just over a year, and our experience has been excellent. They have always been professional and friendly during inspections and are consistently happy to help with any issues, whether over the phone or by email. Their responses are quick, and whenever weβve asked for advice or recommendations, theyβve offered support straight away. The check-in process was also very thorough. They provided lots of helpful information, including guidance on keeping the property mould-free, which we really appreciated. The inventory report, carried out by a third party, was extremely detailed, and we were given seven days to add our own comments and photos to ensure a fair and accurate representation of the property. We are due to vacate the property soon and have already been sent detailed cleaning advice outlining exactly how to leave each room, along with a copy of our inventory so we can compare and ensure everything is left as it was found (minus fair wear and tear). When weβve had questions about what counts as wear and tear, they were happy to advise us clearly and honestly. Thank you Hayley, Liane, Jacey, and Laura for everything you have ever done for us. We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided us and would highly recommend them.β
βA great village pharmacy, where I had all three members of staff eager to help me find some tablets. They donβt have chilled drinks, but itβs not their fault itβs 30 degrees outside. Cheers.β
βBeen going here for over a year. Absolutely amazing service, good prices, amazing results and nice staff too. Will recommend this place to everyone!β
βI had very positive experience with Lyons Davidson with everyone I dealt with. My case was handled really well and I am so relieved with the outcome. In this review I have to mention Lee Davis particularly who was amazing, he could not have been more helpful. I highly recomend this firm.β
βAlways very polite and hard working. I see there have been bad reviews but I honestly think those are unfair. The pharmacist will make time for you for 1-1 discussion of medication. I'm grateful for the staff and location of this pharmacy.β
βReceptionist was efficient and personable. She was in training but I can see she will be an asset. The Dr Maynard was brilliant - caring and understanding.β
βBeen with them 3 years and collect three people's medication. They are really helpful and order items promptly. Like all pharmacies, they are under pressure, but I have never been disappointed. I often witness rude, abusive customers who expect prescriptions instantly. The staff always remain patient, polite and professional. I have used a few different pharmacies over the years, and Tower House is the quickest, most helpful and most professional one.β
βI have been a frequent visitor to this pharmacy for some time. There has been a pharmacy at 246 North Street for a great many years (GK Chemist originally). The other address was the old Bernard Hunter Photography at 244 North Street which I have also visited. The new expanded Lloyds Pharmacy now takes up two units having expanded next door. I normally drop in a couple of Prescriptions as needed and collect. I find this always much easier to do here than up the old Surgery (now private as Bridge View Medical Group) and my abiding impression is friendly staff. The now expanded place has made great use of the extra space, easy to move around and one of the easiest places for disabled and those of restricted mobility to enter and exit with the ramped entry and automatic door and push button exit and as before move around. Many pharmaceutical, baby, child, bathroom and medical products available. So always worth a look for small items and general medicines. Some items are available at a good price such as Carex handwash, others like Bathroom essentials like Brut can be more expensive. Everything is easy to find and see, labelled. I would have also highly recommended them for mobility aids, so if anyone ever needed an aluminium walker. In recent days they no longer do these, a pity, as that was simplicity itself and the walker for my Mum is wonderful. Bright, White, well-lit and I must add spotlessly clean. Hospitals could take note. The best part I note is getting any medicines on Prescription. The process of doing it via the Pharmacy is fuss free I find, and they take notice of your notes on your prescription. The time has lengthened recently so drop in Monday could get it by Friday. The amount of people using the Pharmacy in recent months has increased massively. An increasing number of NHS services are delivered by the Pharmacy instead of the Surgery, such as Flu Jabs and Health Checks. That has gone very well, and I note they seem interested and enquiring into your health, much like GP Surgery used to be. All in all, much busier, hence at times even late on Friday for instance, quite a wait for things to be finished. I have found them much more approachable and helpful regarding medical questions. Keeping in mind they are Pharmacists and not Doctors of Medicine. I was informed that in fact I am eligible for free Prescriptions whereas I believed after a change in circumstances almost 2 years ago I was not. Like many things why couldnβt the GP tell me that. Another is for an illness I had, I was told by the GP nothing could be done, yet spoke to the Pharmacist, yes there is something I can take, so sorted. The irony I find, having only 3 GPβs in my life till recent years is that on a basis of trust. I trust Lloyds Pharmacy far more than a Surgery now. On that basis and the friendliness and approachability of staff. I give them my highest recommendation.β
βExtremely helpful pharmacist in yesterday. Referred me to the RUH, and got me the help I needed.β
βSince the new assistant manager started, the shop has definitely improved. Much better organised and clean. Seems very efficient. Always get my prescription quicklyβ
