I explained we had one the competition and they asked which shows we would like. We chose some and they brought them down in 2 sizes. They tried both styles and advised on fit. My daughter was very excited but they spent time to show her what came with the shoes.”

The call was answered quickly and professionally, and Callum confirmed the shoes were in stock. A few hours later, I visited the store and was greeted by Callum again. He kindly fetched the trainers I’d asked about, but also listened when I mentioned I had wide feet. He suggested trying a wide-fit version, bringing both the size 12 I requested and a 10.5 wide fit. The wide fit turned out to be perfect and much more comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely return for more trainers. Well done, Skechers!”
