“Initially ordered a delivery on rugby day however the delivery time did not meet expectations and had to cancel the order the manager at the store offered me £10 credit due to the inconvenience however a few days later reordered and had an issue online where it didn't give the discount I contacted Louise the manager of the Barry store who told me not to worry she would sort this order with head office. We all make mistakes and mistakes do happen however the way Louise treated me when things went wrong was outstanding and therefore has kept us as a customer! P.s our order from you last night was spot on and delivered very quickly thank you”

“Papa John's Cardiff Bay have just catered for our large group of hungry rugby boys at Cardiff International White Water Park. There were 60 adults and children in total and the manager Shiva looked after our order very professionally from the start of our enquiry to the successful timely delivery. The Pizzas were well appreciated by the whole team, parents, coaches and the staff at the Park as well! Thanks again!”

“Even though my order was late, i am still giving 5 star for amazingly friendly and thoughtful customer service! I ordered a medium pizza and cookie dough for delivery and although there was a problem with the delivery driver, pizza hut kept me as updated as possible along the way, and made sure my pizza still arrived despite the miscommunication from the deliveroo drivers and it being past their closing time. Also, as the order was late they re made the pizza as a large one and the cookie dough so that it was fresh and hot and deliciously melted when it arrived! I also received the original pizza and cookie dough aswell as the freshly baked ones!”

“I don't usually give reviews but figured these guys deserved it tonight. I got chips from here about a month ago, but they weren't great. These guys had just taken over the place and it all seemed a bit chaotic. But today was different. The guys were friendly and the chips were freshly cooked and hot. They were the best chips I've had for a while.”

“If you wanna have a good budget from Chinese takeaway well look no further. When I was collecting the meal I felt more involved in Wai Chan then normal it like just walk in kitchen. The food is superb and the flavours is top marks and the meat is well cooked and chips is just right and lovely. Source is nice and thick and rich and the overall is the great value. Excellent I would definitely come here again well done..........................................”

“Amazing! Fast response- 2 minutes! Husbands battery had died and asked driver to look for a man walking.... he found him, picked him up and called me to let me know he found him. Amazing! Friendly , professional and cheap service! Waited for uber for 20 mins before and still Couldn't find driver. Will always call and rely on the service again! So grateful ! Thank you!”

“Barry was a great host, accepted us last minute when our plans changed and we didn't have anywhere to stay. Rooms were OK for a guest house, didn't need anything more. A nice guest lounge with comfortable sofas and books, great breakfast ordering system that we unfortunately couldn't try. If I'm ever back in Newport, I'll be staying here again.”

“Great hotel, recently and still doing some modernization. Bang up-to-date modern wall panels and decorations. Bed really comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order. Location is typical of a city nowadays BUT is just outside the centre within easy walk of Rodney parade football and rugby stadium. Not far from the station. I will be going back. Oh free parking.”

“Incredible service and friendly staff. Pizzas are made with pride and extremely fresh ingredients every day. Well worth the cost when compared to other local offerings. Manager even took time to explain process and ingredients to me when I inquired (due to recent bad issues with certain local offerings). Made me feel like a unique customer, and not just a means for another sale. Happy to return anytime.”

“First time I'd been and collected directly instead of ordering online. It was very quiet in the shop but they were clearly very busy with online orders. The staff were lovely, very friendly and i didnt mind the wait. I always order online from here but happy to pop in if I were in the area. Had a large kebab box meal, I would recommend having this for 2 people as I ended up leaving half it was so big, but if you're a big eater it's perfect. Everything U could want not skimpy on anything.”

“My go to take away pizza place for guilty pleasure take away style pizza. Never lets me down. It’s so much cheaper and tastier than dominoes and the stuffed crust is epic. The lads who work there are always great; they’ll sort you out with whatever you want.”

“Absolutely delicious food - our new favourite Chinese take away! We ordered set meal B for 2. The amount of food was perfect!! I phoned ahead to change the beef in black bean to a different meal, the restaurant was more than happy to accommodate. Delivery took an hour on a quiet Sunday, so this is something to take into account if ordering when busier. But for the cost - we were more than happy! Would definitely recommend”
