“One of the best PIs we have stayed in! Check in was easy, well when you have the very helpful Mel there to help. Mel was so welcoming and helpful, making sure we were checked in and booked in for dinner and breakfast. Our meal in the evening was beautiful, we shared some pick n mix plates and all were so tasty. We were served by Mel again and she continued her great customer service. Room was lovely with a nice hot shower. At breakfast we were treated by Sam, again a friendly welcome and explanation of the service. A good choice of food items and drinks. My son really wanted a hot chocolate but I presume because of the sugar tax they do not offer as refills however, Sam noticed he was disappointed and when of to make him a special mug. He was very happy. I named two staff in this review however the others we saw all seemed to be delivering the same service. We will be back!”

“Hotel currently closed but you can book airport parking here which is typically cheaper than parking in the airport itself. Five minutes or so walk to the airport. You can book through Justpark.”

“Stayed at these apartments for a week and it was a really nice place. Nicely decorated and a good location next to the train station. My only complaint is that there was limited car park spaces in the private Carpark, which meant I had to pay hourly/daily rates on the street.”

“We visited the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill several times during our stay in Cardiff, as it was part of the Indigo Hotel. We had breakfast and lunch there while staying at the hotel. The restaurant is centrally located in Cardiff, but it can be a little difficult to spot because it is located on the 6th floor of the Indigo Cardiff. Upon entering, you are greeted by a very stylish and modern restaurant with a lovely grand piano and plenty of seating for drinks before or after your meal. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. There was a range of options on the continental buffet, and you also get a choice from their breakfast menu. I had "The Favourite," which is smoked salmon, eggs, and avocado on sourdough. It was divine. The continental buffet had everything you would want, including fruits, cereals, pastries, a variety of breads, and more. We then stopped for Sunday lunch, which I have to say was absolutely fantastic. I started with French onion soup, which was sensational. Then, my husband and I both had the Sunday roast. There was so much of it that I couldn't quite believe it when it was delivered to the table. There was so much meat, and the beef was amazingly tender. There was pretty much every side you could want, including Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, roast potatoes, and a huge array of vegetables, including amazing cauliflower cheese. The service was also fantastic from start to finish. The whole team was highly professional and approachable. I personally cannot fault anything that we had, and every aspect was top quality. I would certainly recommend a visit if you're looking for a fantastic Sunday roast—but make sure you come hungry!”

“So much to choose from! But not enough room to try every thing so will have to visit again! Great friendly staff everywhere is spotless!! great meal out with the family, disabled friendly venue to, meaning enough space to get around as much as needed especially if you have a big bulky chair or similar. Parking is the only down fall (it don't have any) we had to be dropped off. But still a great venue to have a meal”

“Give this place a try for sit down. Quiet when we went, but the food was superb. See photos. Excellent and lovely staff. We used our Yums too (the fork), which was an added bonus. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Stayed here for 4 days. The new refurbishment of this property is exceptional!!! The spa hot tub and sauna are incredible. Private clean and so relaxing. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend”

“Stopped here for lunch. Food was good. Service friendly and efficient. I had a jacket potato with tuna/ mayonnaise. Very good snd good portion size. One of my companions had a scone with jam and cream. She said it was a delicious, home made, fresh out the oven scone. The decor could do with updating but i rather liked the retro feel to it. I would definitely go back there to eat.”

“I stayed two nights in this hotel. Rooms are bigger than I imagined and spacious for two persons. The heating system was excellent and I had a comfortable sleep throughout my stay. I would stay again here.”

“This was a perfect temporary place for me and partner to live somewhere close to the city. Spacious, clean and tidy with all the essential utensils. Joe was always quick to respond to any problems or queries. For example, TV initially wouldn’t fully connect to WiFi but that was all sorted within a couple hours. Large area outback with room for street parking out front. Overall an excellent stay.”

“Everything in the apartment you need, staff who run it are exceptional! So very helpful currently in Zebulun suite which we have found a little small for a family of three, more suited to a lone visitor or couple, that said we will certainly be coming back we will just ensure we book a bigger suite, location is excellent, plenty of shops in easy walking distance, and as I said the staff could not be more helpful , exceptional service throughout”
