“Caffè Nero has officially taken the crown as my new favorite coffee shop. Warm, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere aside, what made this visit truly memorable was the amazing service I received form the short red-haired barista behind the counter. She was simply wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and warmth that made me feel so welcomed. It was like I was a regular even though it was my first time there. You could tell she really cared about her job double-checking everything and ensuring that my coffee was just right, and even asking how my day was going in a way that felt like she actually cared instead of it just being something she had to say to customers. The coffee itself was great and clearly made with a lot of love and care but honestly her energy and vibe is what turned it from "just grabbing a coffee" into something special. She created this welcoming vibe where everyone felt at ease; chatting kindly with customers, remembering little details about their orders, keeping the space friendly and comfortable. I will definitely be back not just for great coffee but for the wonderful service I experienced from the barista. Caffè Nero is really lucky to have her.”

“A good store with lots of things as inspiration. Reasonable prices, and right in the centre of Rugby so easily accessible. I do wonder if they are doing the special Christmas treats for cats again this year. Mine loved the one in the jar!!”

I have been a nightmare customer, many times Ive forgotten to re order my prescription and have gone in to Well for help and they have made sure that by the end of the day i was able to collect my tablets. “It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”

“We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.”

“Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. “I visited Sainsbury's early in the morning on way into Kenilworth. Its very clean and organised and there are lots of staff willing to help who are on shop floor organising the shelves. I also love the organic range that Sainsbury's sell and regularly pop in after work to get a few bargains at the end of a day. This store also has an Argos on the premises. There is plenty of parking and a great wine range too. I enjoy having this store and enjoy collecting nectar points.”

“Well after years of trying to find a top quality saug I went in and saw they sold Potters saug with out doubt the best saug on the market I eat those saug years ago if you see Potters saug try them”
