“Always really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss. “Always use this chemist, the staff are friendly, inviting and always eager to help. I have been a nightmare customer, many times Ive forgotten to re order my prescription and have gone in to Well for help and they have made sure that by the end of the day i was able to collect my tablets. I cannot and do not believe the comments made by M.Teagles and J.Hancock, they have both obviously been annoyed elsewhere in the day and have decided to take their anger out on what i deem to be very professional and caring staff. ....Gary Marsden”

“We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.”

“It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”

“Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. Nice ambiance.”
