“I went to this store on Sunday specifically as it was the only Boots in Coventry which stocked something I wanted. One lady (I forgot to get her name but she's a brunette with a great sense of style, awesome glasses and a fringe) was insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask her manager if the item was available but in the back. When she returned with the item I needed, she also brought the other two in the range. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to that particular staff member - you were awesome!”

They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”

In Warwickshire alone CAMHs currently has approximately 10,000 young people on their waiting list! I made hundreds of calls to different services over six months trying to get help but once I'd managed to get an appointment with Whitestone they have been amazing. From the team on reception to the mental health practitioners, their support has been outstanding, they've been kind, understanding and professional and a massive support for myself and my family at a time of crisis. “Yes, there's always a queue when you phone but at least the message tells you where you are in the queue. That way you know if you can leave it ringing while you do something else for 5 minutes. I've been really impressed with this GP surgery. They've sorted out medication kerfuffle without me having to do much at all, and they've seen me on an urgent basis and been very nice about it all. If you ring on Monday morning you will wait ages on the phone and probably can't be seen that day, but that's the case for all GP practices now unfortunately.”
