βWent for a meal. Had lovely fish and chips, big special kebab and a steak meal. All cook to perfection. Will return. Staff all very polite. Good clean pub. A little bit tired.β
βThe food is very nice plus pudding, cakes. Drinks piping hot. Also with it being in a garden centre you have the best of both worlds, having some fun in the garden centre with Xmas around the corner plenty of Xmas things to look atβ
βWe sat in the bar as we had the dog with us, but we were made to feel welcome. The service was quick, but we were the only ones in the bar area. We ordered The Greedy Greek Platter which was amazing! Good portions and delicious, I didnβt want it to end. One of the best meals Iβve had in a pub. Would definitely recommend.β
βReally great food at great prices. Staff are really friendly. Easy parking round the back or a nearby free car park.β
βIt was 10:15pm on a Sunday night and I needed an evening meal on my way back to the Premier Inn. Really fancied a Chinese, and this was only about 3 miles away. Very nice lady, pleasant atmosphere, neighbourhood felt safe, and the King Prawn Chow Mein was absolutely delicious, just what I needed!β
βSuch a friendly place, lovely for the kids. Great customer service. Staff canβt do enough for you. Great play area and brilliant value prices! Kids had a lovely breakfast only Β£2.99 for a kids full English! Nice coffee too :)β
βI stopped by GDK on a whim and Iβm really glad I did. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and even though it was a bit busy, the staff were still friendly and accommodating. I ordered a wrap meal, and everything from the fries to the meat was fresh and well-seasoned. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food. Definitely one of the better spots for a quick, satisfying bite. Iβll be recommending it to my mates for sure.β
βLovely atmosphere and amazing food! Piping hot with decent size portions.. would highly recommend and I'll definitely be going again.. Thank you to the 2 Lovely ladies Emma and Lisaβ

βMyself, my other half and our youngest visited The Stenson Fields for a family meal and were extremely happy with the food, the service and the atmosphere. Everywhere was clean and tidy, including the Toilets. We arrived just before a football match and started in the Bar where we enjoyed a round of drinks, a game of darts and a game of pool. We found it to be a very friendly atmosphere and were pleasantly surprised how engaging the other patrons were, even offering tips on our lacklustre pool skills! We moved through to the Lounge to sit and eat, and every aspect of the meal was fantastic! The Bar staff were helpful and attentive to our needs, taking our food order with no fuss. They were even kind enough to allow modifications to our meals with no drama. The food arrived promptly, was perfectly cooked and was delicious. I had the double Beef Old Faithful with fries & onion rings, my other half had the Gyros Flatbread with Tandoori Chicken and our youngest had a 5oz Rump Steak with waffle fries & onion rings, polished off with a Lemon Meringue Sundae. The meal was topped off with a visit from the Chef who came out to ensure all was expected with the food, and we were happy to thank him for our fantastic meals, which were cooked to perfection and were also very reasonably priced. All in all we can thoroughly recommend The Stenson Fields for a fantastic Family meal!β
βGreat food in a relaxing atmosphere. The staff and service are brilliant and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Been here many times over the last few years and really enjoy walking round the marina where this restaurant is located as well. Nice to have places like this within a short drive.β
βOrder for delivery. Very polite phone call. Cheaper than same order on just-eat. Delivered exactly on time. Polite delivery driver. Food was hot and delicious! Portions were very good.β
βpossibly one of the best burgers iβve ever had. fries were so good, salt and pepper seasoning was unreal. burger was so so tasty, best burger in the area by far and lovely staffβ
βI was at town on Sunday and saw GDK at the food court, and I was greeted kind fully by the staff members at the front. I placed my order on the till and I didnβt even know that students get discounts! I ordered an OG kebab with chicken and my order came within around 2-5 minutes. The kebab was heavily loaded with meat and salad and the sauce made it sooo nice. I would definitely recommend people to come by at GDK, and theyβre also giving at discount leaflets too!β

βWe turned up on a Sunday lunch with no booking and it was very busy. However after a 20 minute wait we had a table. Used the app to order drinks and food, and then headed to the carvery. There was a 5 minute queue, but we'll worth it as the food was lovely. The deserts looked amazing, but we were too full to sample themβ
βGreat pub in the embers inns chain. Used to be my local a few years ago, dropped in today and still good. Real ale great and food lovely, good size beer garden to the side, with wooden shelters to sit inside if it rains, nice outside sitting area at frontβ
βI travel down from Solihull specially to get a mixed kebab from this shop and i must say one of the most underated chippy around! Deliciously crispy fish and fresh chips! great portions, and very friendly service make this spot a must-visit!!!β
βHad an amazing afternoon tea, in fact the best afternoon tea I have had (and I have had a few) at a very reasonable price. The staff were excellent and even baked fresh scones for us to take home whilst we ate our meal. Will definitely be back!β
βA small takeaway, tucked aside on the high street, no longer Chellaston's main road. The quality is A-mazing! The satisfaction is in every bite. We were set to go off to fetch cash, but they allowed us to do a direct bank transfer instead which worked well. We're not often in the Midlands but if we are, this is where we'll come.β
βWe were really impressed with the bottomless brunch. The food was really good (great seasoning!) From Hip Hop kitchen. The service from Byron was fantastic. Byron is the reason we'll be back!β
βWe had an amazing event to celebrate 40 years of our business and Oregano Kitchen was a great addition to our event. The service from Ollie and his team was impeccable and the food was even better!
