“What an amazing hidden gem of a restaurant! We ordered the three-course set menu, and every dish was delicious. The best naan bread i've ever had too! The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered a mirror via Click & Collect on 06/11 and went to pick it up, only to realise the car was just a bit too small! Thankfully, Courtney came to our rescue — she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and friendly, laughed along with my mum and me as we tried all sorts of ideas to make it fit, and went above and beyond to help us. In the end, we managed to get it in the car, and we couldn’t have done it without her”

“You can buy just about anything for the home at this B&Q. Had a garden centre to buy didn't visit this time. Shop was very quiet. Maybe because of school holidays. I was really able to find the items that I was looking for and paid, trouble free at self checkout.”

“We were visiting Tutbury, and stumbled across this lovely café. We only had drinks but even those were nice. The caramel latte is my favourite ☕ The staff were helpful and friendly. The toilets are on the left hand side of the café, and we're spacious and clean. I would recommend this café.”

“Step towards this restaurant and be transported instantly to a wonderful Greek experience. From the groups sat outside conversing to the warm family atmosphere inside. The service from Sofia and Elvis was excellent, food was lovely and reminiscent of dining in a family home in Greece. “Drove into town to try this place. Really pleased we did. Kebab meat is the best in Burton by a good margin. Fresh cooked with homemade curry sauce. Nan breads fresh as well. Was told they will be on Uber eats this week hopefully as new place. Highly recommend.”

“We were hoping for something a little different for a treat and after finding this place rang before ordering to check they could accommodate a very picky child. They were incredibly friendly and polite on the phone, the food was still hot when it arrived and was packaged really well (even the hot chocolate survived an uber driver getting lost). It was absolutely delicious, roasts were crispy,meat melted in your mouth, and the gravy and Yorkshires were perfect. Honestly couldn't fault a thing if we wanted to.”

“The owners of the cafe are very nice ladies, friendly to everyone and they serve food themselves. I liked the fet cheese on sourdough (with avocado and nuts), and also the egg on sourdough was lovely. Feels like home. Definitely recommending it”

“From just looking at the menu the food seems really basic and overpriced and I do find it difficult to justify spending £9.95 on lunch (with the small portion option) but while the ingredients are simple the portion you get for small is filling and as they say the ingredients truly are fresh and delicious. My favourites were the daal and hot potatoes. The main protein I had, chicken breast, seemed bland at first glance but actually tasted very good. Unfortunately I forgot to take additional pictures below the top layer. I think I'd only get this for lunch on special occasions but I think I would get the better value medium for dinner more often, I can't imagine finishing a medium bowl in one sitting. 2: I finally found an excuse to go again and it was really good. I had the salmon this time, which cost £2.50 extra ! It was quite good, a touch fishy. I had the daal, chicken curry, beef rice thingy. It was all quite filling and good.”

“My partner and I rang up to book a table late on bank holiday Sunday and luckily they squeezed us in. First time visiting and it is a lovely setting a small restaurant, it doesn't have much branding on the outside but looks like they have a lot of regulars! Staff were lovely prices were very reasonable and the food was lush! Good portion sizes too! My only quarrel is that the steak cheese burger I had said it was American cheese but it was more of a sauce (see in my photo) than a cheese slice which wasn't to my taste but that is more of a preference and just something I thought I'd make people aware of. Lovely restaurant!”

“It's taken us ages to actually get round to booking a table but decided to take our friend here for his birthday. We were really impressed with the food and the service. I had a steak which was cooked perfectly and the chips and onion rings were amazing. The rest of the meals were great and it's a lovely atmosphere and the staff were lovely. To top it off they even brought out a surprise dessert with a candle on for the birthday boy. Thanks for a great meal.”
