“The Art and Spirituality Centre is a wonderful space to hold classes and workshops. I have hosted several sessions in the centre and it is always a pleasure to teach there. Giada, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly she is always happy to help with any questions that I have had. The space is very spacious and adaptable for all types of classes and events. Its location is accessible to get to from different areas across the city. As well as being an accessible location, it is accessible for those with disabilities as it's entrance is on street level and the centre is across one floor. I would highly recommend visiting the centre for classes and to hire for your events.”

“It is the first music museum I have been to and my favorite music museum in the UK so far. It is a combo of concert hall and music museum which belongs to the University of Edinburgh. The exhibit is so amazing, in addition to displaying some native British instruments, there are many French, Italian, German and even other foreign instruments. Originally, the piano without art painting is the piano of the common people, and the piano with art painting is the piano of the nobility. I love the harpsichord (picture 6), with Greek mythology hidden inside the lid, flowers painted on the sound board, a art about Chinese market depicted on the outside, and the piano legs are gilt in gold color. The German curator of the museum explained because that the harpsichord was bought by the French aristocrats and they chose the pattern themselves, and they hired several different painters, that’s why the finished product eventually presented in different patterns and styles, but in fact, there were many 17 century’s harpsichords and pianos of the French aristocrats like this. Thanks to her very much patient explanation, I felt so educated today. They said people can next book a tour guide online in advance, which I will do so next time when I come back, so that I can learn more interesting musical instrument history.”

“My partner and I had a half day experience with the amazing Danu, she showed us some incredible birds, she was really knowledgeable and funny and made us feel welcome and she was very well informed about the birds. She was also happy to answer any questions which we had. The day was unforgettable, thank you to the staff and to the all the gorgeous birds for having us there :)”

“We were visiting Edinburgh for a few days and I bought tickets to see Wild Rose as an early mother’s day and birthday present for my mother. Staff were friendly, beautiful theatre. The gait and the legroom were great. The show was excellent, but my mum did struggle at times to follow due to her hearing. The performers were brilliant especially the children. Would recommend for a good night out.”

“Nice open space- lots of students hanging out enjoying the sun, playing guitars or sports. Some wrought iron benches along the paths. Loads of daffodils in early April and cherry blossoms come out around mid-April.”

“This is a must see in Edinburgh - simply the best thing I’ve visited in years. £21 entry is hugely impressive value for a moment in history . We spent over 2 hours on the self guided tour which was excellent. Visiting the on board cafe too was really great. The employees there are a credit to the whole atmosphere and were so friendly. Lots of interest for everyone including kids with hoot stops on board with bits of uniform etc”

“Beautiful park, great for kids and adults, bring some nuts as the resident squirrels eat them right out of your hand, The parking is free, disabled parking is next to the bandstand, drive through the first parking lot and follow the road through, You could also park in the main street and get access to the front entry of the park, just be mindful of any parking fees or time limits, it is easier to park in the parks, parking lot, There is an old church with an old cemetery, look up to the big square tower of the church and see king Bruce, carved at the top, im not entirely sure but there is a connection to robert the Bruce, from the cemetery the views are absolutely stunning u can see the 3 bridges over the firth of forth Next to this church is the ruins of dunfermline abbey its stunning i prefer ruins, it is free to visit both the church and abbey but for the Abbey they said u had to go online and book your ticket and show the arcade to the staff member You don't need to go into the Abbey grounds to appreciate it, u can look down on it from the cemetery, dogs are allowed into the Abbey but not the church, it is worth going into the church its beautiful beyond words inside A wander around to the glasshouse its full of exotic plants from around the world there is also formal gardens right next to the glasshouse, a bit further up the path heading towards the peacock cafe is a sunken Japanese garden it sadly is a bit over grown and the pagoda thing is falling to bits, its still worth going down there though, Near the cafe, which seemed popular on the day I visited, you will find the peacocks wandering around freely, so its best to keep your dog on a lead in this area, from the cafe its only a short walk back to your car, Overall this park is a must visit especially if you are a history enthusiast, all around the park is hidden remnants of historical buildings My only problem with this park is the chronic lack of signs telling you where to find certain areas, so its just a matter of wandering around until you stumble along something historical There are some pretty steep hills and steep paths made of rocks, but most of the main paths are in good condition but not really suitable for someone in a wheelchair There is an old train engine that kids can climb on, as well as a few large kids play parks There is loads of benches or grassy bits to stop and have a picnic, just keep an eye out for rogue squirrels they really aren't afraid of humans The park is big, around 75 acres if I remember but u can do a short or long walk depending on your fitness Stepping into this park feels like u have stepped back in time, u can feel and imagine how it was like back then, take your time and enjoy the atmosphere of this park xx”

“Finding the right wedding venue can be so daunting but Dundas and their staff are very experienced and efficient. The venue itself also does not need anything extra as it is stunning! We got lucky with the weather in the end but even if it continued to rain, it was still an amazing day. You can see the value for money in the way they manage big events. It was a day to remember and would highly recommend any bride and groom to book the castle for their wedding. The location is also amazingly close to Edinburgh and the airport. Thank you to all the staff on the day!”

“We visited as a family of 6, ranging in age from 2-70. The park was suitable for everybody to visit. We went for refreshments (overpriced) in a nice cafe onsite. We went on the train round the park, which was good fun and informative. We fed the animals, who are quite tame and interested in people (lovely). We used the trampoline, soft play, go-carts, log swing, sand pit, family bikes, musical forest, big chair and gift shop. The weather was nice and the overall day was very enjoyable”

“Had a lovely stay here, was a little concerned about plane noise, but didn't have any disturbance at all. The spa was very nice, and breakfast was good as well, and friendly staff throughout. The Christmas decorations really added to the vibe as well!”

There are loads of great animals to see and definitely could spend an entire day there. We all had the best day. Would definitely come back again.”

“The place is very well-curated, featuring interesting exhibitions and nicely-stocked shop. I also recommend escaping the hubbub of the streets to watch artists hard at work from the gallery. Don't be fooled by on-street parking spaces - these are prohibitively expensive, it's better to use public transport or leave car elsewhere and walk.”

“Fantastic park. When you're traipsing around the city all day looking at monuments and have a tired little person, they just want to play! This park is the perfect relaxing spot. Tables, green space, ample equipment, toilets. Ticks all the boxes.”

“Watched AC/DC here August 21st, what a great music venue this is, whilst it's great for rugby it's nice to see the stadium being used for music as well. No issues getting in and out, all the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful.”

“Visited tonight to see the Wizard of Oz absolutely fabulous show what a great night the kids, 2 and 3, had a ball it was their first time at anything like this and the team were amazing. “This place in Cowdenbeath is amazing for younger children. Well managed with superb amenities. Play is based around a street on a square with lots of different shops, disco, musical instruments, and dress up. Children can also use the various ride on cars, etc, dotted around the street. Imagination can run wild. All of our grandchildren love the vets. Cannot recommend this play area highly enough.”
