Lovely family run the business, can't do enough for u, u can ask for different sauces with meat of ur choice, if not on menu. Delivery drivers always pleasant & cheerful.”

“Great lunch and snack menu resembling of Asian street food with a fusion touch to it. I had two buns with a very generous portion of beef and tofu filling for £5.95, topped with salad. The sushi/burrito invention looked good on other customers' plates too. I found the little desserts particularly endearing - one can chose 6 for £3.50 or any single one for £0.60. This coupled with a relaxed atmosphere, spacious interior in a raw but warm (wood!) decor and really friendly staff calls for 5 stars.”

“I’ve been ordering from HUI for years. The reason because food is excellent so is the service. They go an extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The portions are good size and ingredients are fresh and tasty. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough! I no longer live in Edinburgh but still make an effort to get my food from them to take home because they are worth it!”

“I am a regular customer and have tried loads of dishes from their menu. The staff are always nice, friendly, and willing to chop and change ingredients in dishes, if asked, there is nothing they wouldn't do. The lemon chicken is the best in the area. Their Thai Red Curry is amazing, traditional Chinese curry is lovely, and if course, their fish & chicken bar can be mixed with their Chinese dishes too, plus it's a bonus for salt & pepper to be added to the battered dishes. Would highly recommend.”

“I’ve been to many hotpot and BBQ buffet places in Edinburgh, but Lian Pu is the best so far. The service is great, and ordering is simple,, some BBQ items need to be ordered separately, but there’s no extra charge. The broths are delicious (I tried the Pork Tripe and Extra Hot & Spicy, and both were amazing). For BBQ, I recommend the Korean Style Beef. They also have beef and lamb thin slices, but unfortunately no pork slices(instead they have korean pork belly) . However the food and experience were fantastic and worth every penny!”

“Been a regular for 3+ years. Always go here for my takeaway as it's quite cheap compared to other places and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Really like their sweet and sour and honey chilli chicken. If you are thinking of ordering from here, I reccomend ordering from their own app "orient" as it's much cheaper than just eat and you get a discount.”
