A young man working in your Kingsgate store in Dunfermline approached me and asked if he could help. He was SO nice! Gave me advice, didn't push to get a sale. Seemed to genuinely want to help. Showed me several things until I was happy with my choice. Then I asked about trainers. The young man said he was not that informed about my specific requirements and immediately got another member of staff to help me. Equally wonderful young woman listed to me and then advised she would not recommend any in shop as it did not stock what I specifically asked for. I was SO impressed! In these very difficult times when retail is under such pressure it was so very nice to encounter such kind staff, actually listening and not all out for a quick sale. Well done you both! Absolutely a credit to British retail and your company. ❤️”

“I booked a private group Dollar Canyon day trip from Edinburgh for a stag do and it was a great experience from the fast response to my first enquiry, to being dropped back at the door of our hotel after an amazing day canyoning. A few of the group had fear of heights but the team was very supportive and allowed everyone to enjoy the day. I was so happy with everything from the service to the top quality of the end product and it is still my favourite machine in my gym. I have been looking at getting an exercise bike and a dual leg machine for quite a while. For me it has to be life fitness as I know how well made they are and will last forever. Because getting the treadmill last time went so smoothly, I went back to Pinnacle fitness. Will, who I dealt with the first time called me back and remembered me which is always a nice touch.
