“The Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St. Enoch Square) offers an exceptional base for exploring the vibrant heart of Glasgow. Its location is truly unbeatable, making it a standout choice for both leisure and business travelers. Situated right by St. Enoch Square, you're mere steps away from the bustling Buchanan Street, Glasgow's premier shopping destination, and the lively main market. What truly elevates this hotel is its incredible proximity to transport links. Being near both Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations means seamless connections for arriving, departing, or venturing further afield. This convenience eliminates any travel stress, allowing you to maximize your time enjoying the city. The hotel itself upholds Premier Inn's reliable standards: clean, comfortable rooms, often with their signature Hypnos beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the immediate area is buzzing, the rooms offer a quiet retreat from the city' noise. Whether you're in Glasgow for shopping, culture, or business, the Premier Inn at St. Enoch Square provides a wonderful, convenient, and comfortable experience”
“Was staying for 2 nights and from check in until check out it was perfect. Staff was lovely, rooms were incredibly clean, super quiet and a very well equipped kitchen. There's no plugs by the top bunks but they got extension cords so you can make it work quite easily. The beds are so comfy. Bathroom lights are quite bright so sleep mask might be good to bring but that's an essential for me anyway in a hostel. They have a very beautiful lounge room to read in, there's a whiteboard on the wall with what's on in the area. If you don't want to catch the bus it's only about 30 minutes walk to Glasgow central station or a 10 minute walk to the bus station and there's a little park right by the hostel with lots of squirrels. The whole building is just beautiful and I will definitely stay again!”
“We booked as we had a concert that evening and didn’t fancy battling the car park after ! It was reasonably priced ! Check in was a breeze ! Car park is behind the hotel who will validate your parking to reduce the cost by half. The room was just as needed ! Halls were clean and tidy very quiet despite it being a very busy hotel by the crowds downstairs having same idea we had ! Staff were friendly and helpful… late check out of 12pm was amazing as didn’t need to rush to get out early after a late night”
“Our exhilarating adventure in Glasgow kicked off with the highly anticipated Big Bus hop-on, hop-off city tour, the ultimate way to dive into the electric energy of this vibrant city! We rolled into town on Friday, September 12th, and immediately scored the ideal parking spot at NCP 15151 Kings Street, just a stone's throw away from the lively Glasgow Queens Rail Station—our gateway to an unforgettable journey! Equipped with both the A and B tour routes, we were ready to soak it all in, despite the unpredictable Scottish weather trying to dampen spirits with a chilly drizzle! The buses were perfectly timed, and their strategically placed stops throughout the city made it a breeze to hop on and off. We bravely embraced the elements aboard the open-top bus, feeling the exhilarating rush of the wind and cold as we clutched our umbrella. Some adventurous souls opted for the back seats, happily embracing the rain and huddling under their own umbrellas like true thrill-seekers, while most of us dove into the cozy, sheltered first carriage, grateful for a little warmth. Looking back, we couldn’t help but wish for more time to explore the science museum—it would have been a highlight for sure! The audio guide added another layer of excitement to our journey, enriching both tours, and even if some sights overlapped, we didn’t mind one bit. Exploring the city with the Big Bus tour was an absolute thrill, and we’re already buzzing with excitement at the thought of doing it all again during our future travels! Along the way, we met an incredible group of women from London, Sussex, and Seaside. We shared travel stories and discovered they had just come from Edinburgh, stepping off at the same stop! What a delightful coincidence—turns out they were staying at a Holiday Inn Express too, though at a different location! These magical moments filled with warm connections and friendly faces truly elevate any travel experience. As we ventured through Glasgow, we marveled at the massive changes taking place around us, especially near the bustling downtown area of George Square. While the city didn’t exactly match our online expectations, it certainly showcased its own unique charm that made our visit unforgettable. We couldn't be more thrilled to check Glasgow off our travel bucket list, and we simply can't wait to return and witness all the new vibrancy waiting for us! Riding the city’s hop-on, hop-off bus tour, complete with friendly and helpful drivers, is an absolute must for any traveler. Don’t just think about it—jump in and experience the magic!”
“Flat (Belmont 1) was clean, well furnished and ideally located. The GCF staff were swift to respond to queries and rescheduled on the fly to let us in when we arrived at the property earlier than we expected. Would definitely use again next time we travel to Glasgow!”
“Pretty great hostel for a good quiet night. Rooms are one bed each, allowing for more privacy and quiet than most hostels. Bathrooms are clean, kitchens are well stocked, internet is fast, and it's close to the center of Glasgow. Staff is very friendly. One downside is that it's a bit hard to meet people since there's no real communal room.”
“Absolutely loved staying in this Travelodge and can’t wait for my next visit and shall stay again. Staff so helpful. Rooms do clean. Loved their remote control hoover. Shopping centre was a treat. Also nice walks along the Clyde few mins from hotel and views of planes.”
“Loved staying here! A 5/10 mins walk from Central Station The rooms are perfect for a weekend away with all you need. Caitlin at reception was a star: courteous, kind, and gave us a welcome drink when checking-in; also shout out to her supervisor, who helped us out the entire stay! The beds are comfortable, room was clean, and every need had been met. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the beautiful Glasgow, as it is super close to the main attractions all by foot. (also available next to it a bus stop!)”
“Rooms are in need of a refresh but still kept clean and had a lovely sleep. Gave it 5 stars even if it isn’t as new and fresh looking as some of the other premier inns I have stayed in as the staff were wonderful and friendly.”
“We had a fabulous stay here. Clean and comfortable rooms, amazingly friendly staff, great breakfast, and a fantastic bar. It's conveniently located in Glasgows West End, with an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars all close by. If you do stay, visit the botanical gardens across the road. There is a subway close by which will get you into Glasgow Town Centre in 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommended!”
“Excellent experience from start to finish. Rohan at the front desk was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to see him at the restaurant as well, where he continued to provide excellent service. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Truly a great experience overall. Highly recommended!”
“Stayed here with my daughter and we both loved it. Location was great, rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the bed was sooo comfy! Staff were fantastic and check in and out was very quick. Great value! Will definitely be back.”
“Was greeted by excellent front desk staff who were INCREDIBLY helpful and cheery. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast in the Novotel was great value (& fresh). Check-out staff (at 5am!!) also went above and beyond to help with my boarding pass. I HIGHLY recommend the Ibis Hotel if you are staying in Glasgow!”
“The architecture of this building is very elaborate and it also bears a striking resemblance to a church.”
“Love this apartment, stayed here a couple times and would definitely recommend. Beautiful big home, lovely and modern and close to central! Good value for money x”
“Cleanliness, comfort, and service at a high level. I'd go back anytime!”
“We stayed at these apartments for 14 days in July 2014, a couple of weeks before the commonwealth games. The apartment and staff were second to none. The apartment in central for ALL activities. on a main bus route for ALL the city and surrounds, close to the metro (Clockwork Orange!) giving access to the main railway stations, that are only a short walk. Now you take a city break BUT in the 14 days in the city we had a fantastic time only having to use the car, that was stored in the apartments secure car park, but just once we went to the Kelpies on the A9 by Falkirk. Glasgow was a fantastic city, full of activities day & night. If i had one "moan" it would be Tesco accept deliveries at very, very early times of the morning!”
“Halo Arts' West End Youth Theatre is fantastic!”
“The staff at the Pocotel were fantastic! Great attitude, helpful and always available. Room was spotless and bed comfort can not be beat. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.”
“The receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.”
“Stayed here just the one night as we had a night out booked in Glasgow. Our room was great. Lovely and clean with a huge bed. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice . Would definitely return . They have huge suites which our friends had and if you are staying longer I would highly recommend one of these.”
“I’ve had a wonderful experience staying at Safestay Charing Cross, Glasgow. I’ve been here for over 15 days now, and it has truly felt like a home away from home. The staff members are extremely supportive, friendly, and have a very welcoming, chill vibe. During my stay, I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with some amazing team members—Annik, David, Sejal, Tanmay, Vivek, Sarah, and Tiago—who made my experience even more special. Their coordination, kindness, and constant support really stand out. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay, and Merry Christmas to everyone. You’re all doing an incredible job! ♥️✨”
