“Our go to Chinese restaurant always. Food is amazing especially the chicken satay which is the best. Restaurant was extremely busy on Saturday late afternoon being a couple of weeks before Xmas the staff are impeccable at their jobs were totally under pressure and handled the situation with ease food and service was excellent thank you and look forward to our visit next time.”

“Now the main part of this review is to talk about the salt and chilli chips! Wow! We recently moved to the area and decided to get a takeaway while we were unpacking boxes, but only wanted a small meal so chose the salt and chilli battered chips and some prawn toast. It's like they're laced with drugs they are so moreish, tasty, crispy, with a little bit of a spicy kick, not too hot or I'd not be able to eat them, just enough. The prawn toast was full of flavour too, similar salty flavour with lots of sesame seeds and a sweet chilli dip. We managed to finish the huge portion of chips and the next night we were driving past, it took all our strength and willpower not to go back in for more! Recently we tried the shredded crispy beef with a lovely sweet honey and garlic sauce, and breast of chicken curry. We will definitely be back for more of those chips. Yum! The service is always quick and the person who serves has been polite and friendly each time,but looks clean and inviting. Plenty of choice on the menu too.”

“Beautiful place, so clean and fresh. Good food and plenty of it. - I asked for extra extra extra extra hot noodles and thats what I got! My partner had the katsu and it was amazing! The Haggis spring rolls are simply stunning!! Amazing customer service! We can't wait to come back!.”

“This is the second Beijing Banquet we've visited. It was a lot smaller inside and not all the same selection, but the quality was so much better! Proper car park outside with disabled spaces. The food was fresh and regularly refilled. The chocolate fountain and popcorn machine both actually worked! Also, no loud music. Staff friendly and attentive. Will be back soon when the kids are off school.”

“Modern shop with parking to the front. Very friendly service and a family feel in the shop. Quite simply the best Donner hoggi in the Motherwell area. It's also served on a Chapatti rather than most places where it is on a wrap. Donner meat was very tasty as was the pakora sauce on it. Chips were properly cooked and cheese fine. Got the salad separate - it tasted very fresh.”

“Good value for money and portions (if anything) are well worth the money! If you get chicken for example you get plenty of it! I'd really recommend this Chinese to anyone & your rice/chips are included in the price, 20p extra 4 fried rice (which is standard). Well worth trying, you won't be disappointed.”

“I have done 2 previous reviews on this takeaway. Thought it was time to upgrade it. This small takeaway never let's you down. Also one of the few remaining places you can actually watch your food being cooked while you wait. The cooks are on the ball. Even the girl who answers the phone to take orders. I have never seen her but she is so polite and is bang on with the phone orders. As is the Chinese girl who also works the phone orders. Only wish these people had a sit down restaurant. It would be amazing. This wee takeaway knocks chinese food from all parts of china out the park. Give it a go you won't be disappointed only minus is they don't do a king prawn in cream cheese sauce. If they did it would be amazing. Plus side their foo yung. Is the best I have had anywhere.on the downside I was very disappointed regarding their Xmas opening hours their website said they were open Xmas day but opening hours could change. I went down at 5pm through some rotten weather only to find them closed I waited another half hour as there was a light on inside so though they might be opening soon but they didn't. I stand by my food review but this was poor customer service.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the food, absolutely delicious, the ribs starter was lovely and the chicken in the main course was melt in the mouth. Certainly one of the nicest meals I have had for some time. The lady who took the order said it would be delivered in 45mins, I believe it arrived in 46mins. In conclusion, a lovely meal, on time and great value for money, we will certainly use them again. Thank you for the service..”

“Been trying a few Chinese takeaways recently as the best ones in Coatbridge are closed on a Tuesday so needed to find a replacement then I tried one tonight and I wasn't disappointed. Ming Star - I'm not sure if they deliver to Coatbridge? Great portion sizes reasonably priced, quick at serving and most importantly everything was cooked to perfection if you want a decent curry that provide fresh food with quality chicken. Give it a try.”

“Firdt time trying here. Soon as we entered the place looked cosy staff were fast and polite seated us right away and asked if we would like drinks. They came with a small bowl of orawn crackers for free. We ordered from the set lunch menu my wife order chicken wings for starter and beef and asparagus for the main i had chicken noodle soup and katsu chicken curry. My wife loved the wings and enjoyed her main i tried the wings they were tasty and the beef from her main was soft and tasty. My chicken noodle soup was probably best chicken noodle soup i ever had and the katsu curry was tasy and chicken was nice crispy and juicy. Rice was normal fried rice nothing special in my opinion. Everything came fresh and hot!!! Also ordered a side of salt and chilli fries they were excellent one negative thoo i prefer thicker chips but tasted great.”
