βSituated on Crow Road Temple, this Chinese restaurant is superb. We booked, and I would recommend you book, as it is busy. There is street parking only and sometimes can be difficult to park close by. We arrived on time and shown to our table. Staff are friendly and polite. Service was quick and the staff worked as a team providing and excellent service. The food was amazing, a tapas style menu offering a variety of chicken, beef and vegetable options. There is a standard menu, however the tapas was excellent as it allowed me to try different dishes without wasting money or food. We both had 6 dishes roughly with fried rice. If you haven't been, I thoroughly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Remember and bookβ
βWent for a midweek meal for our 35year wedding anniversary. Food was excellent and the staff were lovely. Will be back in a few weeks, it was a magical find. Cheers to the Chin Chin staffβ
βA tasty and quality burger. A lot of choices, kind of makes it difficult. If you're getting one of the smashed burgers, I'd recommend doubling up if you want to stuff yourself.β
βEquis food has returned to its former Glory with its new owners! Fish suppers battee beautifully crispy, Chips tasty, food freshly cooked. The Lasagne and Meatballs are delicious too. The team are lovely and welcoming too!β
βNever had a bad experience yet and we go often enough that they recognise us now. Staff are friendly. Food is always on point. Itβs very very busy so you might have to wait for a table.β
βAbsolutely delicious Syrian food! Everything is fresh, clean, and full of authentic flavor. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended β a hidden gem you donβt want to miss!β
βTasty Iranian food in Glasgow. London is spoilt for choice for great Iranian venues so my rating biased. Just trying to focus the attention on the food, it was tasty and meats were as expected. Venue looks a little tired. Service was nice from the ladies but a tad slow. Car parking at rear is a great addition but tight.β
βI ordered pizza from Poβ Boys, and it was hands down the best pizza Iβve ever had! The crust was perfectly fresh, crunchy, and flavorful, and every bite was just amazing. You can really tell they put care into making it. Iβll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!β
βReally nice meal, good staff, nice atmosphere. Can't give full marks for the food cos they cheesecake I wanted wasn't thawed. However we'll be going again, to give it another tryβ
βBy far one of thee nicest Spanish Tapas very reasonable priced I'll defo be back :)β
βFamily Meal Deal Genuinely the best pizza I've ever even imagined nobody is getting near it , chicken burgers are massive too which was a pleasant surprise. Writing this review before I boost into the wings n normal burger and I pleasantly collapse into bed in a food coma. 5 stars all the way !! Thanks .... Jamieβ
βHadnβt been here in a while and I was so surprised and how much choice there was on the menu! We all had different mains that we really enjoyed. The steak in the rice bowl was cooked so well. Itβs nice that you can go for food and then go and chill in the bar area with a drink afterwards. Loved my chicken skewer!β
βWe ended up here by chance after previous dinner plans fell through. Super easy to get to as within only a few minutes walking distance from Charring Cross, and across the road from The King's Theatre. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were seated quickly (we didn't have a booking although we were early enough to skip the rush that came later as we were leaving, I'd definitely suggest booking!). The food was delicious. Lots of choice on the menu, and the Minestrone Soup was beautiful. If I was asked to critique something, and this is really just being pernickety and didn't pose much of an issue - the tables are a little bit of a squeeze for space if you're having a pizza. But that's being really nitpicky, as otherwise the booth was comfortable and even busy, the place didn't feel cramped.β
βHad an absolutely phenomenal delivery from these guys tonight. Lobster Ravioli was on another level. Definitely be ordering more from this restaurant!!β
βThis is a casual pub with great food provided by a couple of street vendors. The pizza were amazing and the loaded fries very good, they catered for our GF people and were so great to deal with for our big group. We would come back again. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great place.β
βThe staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kebabs were all so tasty, but the chicken shinwari was a bit disappointing. We only get Faluda from Ambala as well cos it's so yummy. We pre-booked for a big family meal. Food came in good time as well.β
βdidn't buy any drinks here and still had a great time!! lovely open and accepting atmosphere:) just wish it had an accessible entrance:(β
βLove going for fabulous meal and delicious cocktailsβ
βI am not a lover of Indian food to rich for my palette, but partial to an Onion Bagee , so had that as a starter with some chutney loved every morsel of them . Had the fish amazing is an understatement, best I have had anywhere great staff interaction and so polite prices was good for our large group will endeavour to eat there againβ
βLittle bit from city centre but fantastic rooms..the kitchenettes are so handy. We stay in Glasgow 3/4 times per year and put the rooms as best value in the city. Will certainly return.β
βI recently stayed at the Moxy hotel and overall, I loved the room and the location! The design was modern and stylish, and I enjoyed the vibe. However, one thing that would make a big difference for longer-term stays is additional storage space. Unfortunately, my room was missing a cupboard, which made it tricky to organize my clothes. Hope this gets addressed, as I'd love to stay here again.β
βAs an exiled Glaswegian I returned to my favourite iconic pub for a pie and a pint. The beer was great but unfortunately the βpeely Wallyβ pie was a disaster! Gone was the pie oven on the bar (probably health & safety) replaced by a dumb waiter. More importantly the so called pie was crust and pastry with a teaspoonful of filling for the princely sum of Β£2.60! Please, please change your supplier and revert back to a proper greasy Glasgow pie which actually tasted of something and everyone loved and waxed lyrically about.β
βWe go to The Ark all the time, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always lively but relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or watching a game. The food and drinks are great value, and the place is always clean and well looked after. A special mention to Cara, who always serves us with a smile, making the experience even better. Sheβs friendly, attentive, and always goes out of her way to make sure everythingβs spot on. Itβs staff like her that keep us coming back every time! Highly recommend The Ark to anyone looking for a great pub in the city centre.β
βThis lovely, friendly, querky place is well worth a visit. Great food, great decor and the best bit is it's dog friendly. No more sitting outside in the cold - you and your dog can book a table in the Orangery (up to 7pm). The staff made a proper fuss of Alan and gave him his own bowl of water.β
βVery delicious food and drinks. Quick, modern, and friendly and helpful staff.β
βFlat (Belmont 1) was clean, well furnished and ideally located. The GCF staff were swift to respond to queries and rescheduled on the fly to let us in when we arrived at the property earlier than we expected. Would definitely use again next time we travel to Glasgow!β
βI got the spicy chicken quesadilla and the spicy beef enchilada. I was sceptical of Mexican food on this side of the pond, but everything was SO good. The enchilada had the sauce on the inside instead of being baked with the sauce over top, so it was more like a baked burrito, but still very tasty! Was enough food for 2 to 3 meals.β
βAbsolutely my favourite Asian place. The food is amazing, the delivery is super fast and they do super well with any requests you have. Absolute recommend!β
βAlways a great thin and crispy pizza. Get the extra sauce and add pineapple every time. Will continue to buy my pizza here if the quality continues to impress. Wings and little ham rolls are always solid as well.β
βHonestly I have to say the best Chinese I have had in many years ordered a Chicken Maryland tonight & it was a solid 10/10 gravy as a side was also lovely my new Chinese go to for sureβ
