“I had the grilled chicken ramen, it was absolutely lovely and really filling. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely planning to come back again soon.”
“The service was good and the staff were very nice. Delicious food.”
“I love visiting Cosmos in Silverburn. The manager Lee is very professional and welcoming. The atmosphere is fabulous with tasty food and caring staff.”
“Great food and excellent portion size of noodle soups! Close to authentic and nice service”
“Situated on Crow Road Temple, this Chinese restaurant is superb. We booked, and I would recommend you book, as it is busy. There is street parking only and sometimes can be difficult to park close by. We arrived on time and shown to our table. Staff are friendly and polite. Service was quick and the staff worked as a team providing and excellent service. The food was amazing, a tapas style menu offering a variety of chicken, beef and vegetable options. There is a standard menu, however the tapas was excellent as it allowed me to try different dishes without wasting money or food. We both had 6 dishes roughly with fried rice. If you haven't been, I thoroughly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Remember and book”
“Went for a midweek meal for our 35year wedding anniversary. Food was excellent and the staff were lovely. Will be back in a few weeks, it was a magical find. Cheers to the Chin Chin staff”
“A tasty and quality burger. A lot of choices, kind of makes it difficult. If you're getting one of the smashed burgers, I'd recommend doubling up if you want to stuff yourself.”
“Never had a bad experience yet and we go often enough that they recognise us now. Staff are friendly. Food is always on point. It’s very very busy so you might have to wait for a table.”
“Tasty Iranian food in Glasgow. London is spoilt for choice for great Iranian venues so my rating biased. Just trying to focus the attention on the food, it was tasty and meats were as expected. Venue looks a little tired. Service was nice from the ladies but a tad slow. Car parking at rear is a great addition but tight.”
“I ordered pizza from Po’ Boys, and it was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly fresh, crunchy, and flavorful, and every bite was just amazing. You can really tell they put care into making it. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!”
“Really nice meal, good staff, nice atmosphere. Can't give full marks for the food cos they cheesecake I wanted wasn't thawed. However we'll be going again, to give it another try”
“By far one of thee nicest Spanish Tapas very reasonable priced I'll defo be back :)”
“Family Meal Deal Genuinely the best pizza I've ever even imagined nobody is getting near it , chicken burgers are massive too which was a pleasant surprise. Writing this review before I boost into the wings n normal burger and I pleasantly collapse into bed in a food coma. 5 stars all the way !! Thanks .... Jamie”
“Had an absolutely phenomenal delivery from these guys tonight. Lobster Ravioli was on another level. Definitely be ordering more from this restaurant!!”
“As an exiled Glaswegian I returned to my favourite iconic pub for a pie and a pint. The beer was great but unfortunately the ‘peely Wally’ pie was a disaster! Gone was the pie oven on the bar (probably health & safety) replaced by a dumb waiter. More importantly the so called pie was crust and pastry with a teaspoonful of filling for the princely sum of £2.60! Please, please change your supplier and revert back to a proper greasy Glasgow pie which actually tasted of something and everyone loved and waxed lyrically about.”
“We go to The Ark all the time, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always lively but relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or watching a game. The food and drinks are great value, and the place is always clean and well looked after. A special mention to Cara, who always serves us with a smile, making the experience even better. She’s friendly, attentive, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything’s spot on. It’s staff like her that keep us coming back every time! Highly recommend The Ark to anyone looking for a great pub in the city centre.”
“Love going for fabulous meal and delicious cocktails”
“I am not a lover of Indian food to rich for my palette, but partial to an Onion Bagee , so had that as a starter with some chutney loved every morsel of them . Had the fish amazing is an understatement, best I have had anywhere great staff interaction and so polite prices was good for our large group will endeavour to eat there again”
“Had a lovely lunch in here on Nov 5th. Fantastic value for money. Two of us got three courses and a soft drink each for 21 pound. The price does not mean poor quality however; the food was delicious. Highly reccomend.”
“Always a great thin and crispy pizza. Get the extra sauce and add pineapple every time. Will continue to buy my pizza here if the quality continues to impress. Wings and little ham rolls are always solid as well.”
“This lovely, friendly, querky place is well worth a visit. Great food, great decor and the best bit is it's dog friendly. No more sitting outside in the cold - you and your dog can book a table in the Orangery (up to 7pm). The staff made a proper fuss of Alan and gave him his own bowl of water.”
“Pretty great hostel for a good quiet night. Rooms are one bed each, allowing for more privacy and quiet than most hostels. Bathrooms are clean, kitchens are well stocked, internet is fast, and it's close to the center of Glasgow. Staff is very friendly. One downside is that it's a bit hard to meet people since there's no real communal room.”
“Refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to serve the local people of Hyndland and beyond following a major refurbishment. The decor is a perfect blend of homely feel and sophistication. Looking forward to many more pints!”
“Had an excellent stay and wanted to give a big shout-out to the team, especially Stuart and Devlin. From the moment we arrived, Stuart was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. He gave us brilliant recommendations for places to visit around Glasgow, and his knowledge of the city’s history was honestly amazing. We ended up exploring a few spots he mentioned and loved them—it really added something special to the trip. Dinner was another highlight, and Devlin deserves huge credit for that. The service was outstanding—really attentive and relaxed, perfectly timed, and full of great suggestions. It made the meal feel like an experience rather than just a quick bite, and the food itself was fantastic. Also, a shout-out to the new girl who was working that night—we didn’t catch her name, but she was lovely and handled everything with confidence and a smile. You’d never have guessed she was new. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and it made our stay genuinely memorable. We’ll definitely be back”
“Stayed here during a 4 day family holiday in Glasgow. The hotel was great location for me and my family. Halal places were 15mins drive away with very good motorway links so made it that much easier for us to grab food. Check in was quick and seamless. Didn’t have any major issue, the only small issue we had was the room was extremely hot but hotel did provide fans in their room but didn’t really help with cooling the room down. Overall a pleasant stay!”
“This was an exceptional hotel for the price point! The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was spacious. Lots of room to sit for a drink or meal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and refreshed regularly. They also had gluten free options available! The staff were professional, helpful and kind! A great locations, minutes to the Queen train station and George Square. On a major bus route and 2 mins from the subway! Highly recommend!”
“Stayed there as working close by (nightshift). Great room as Premier Inn's usually are. was very quiet and slept very well. Very welcoming staff. Car park isn't good for vans as spaces are just big enough for cars, so with vans or other larger vehicles spaces are limited. Overall 10/10”
“Fantastic food, lovely local restaurant. Neelim has been around for years and there is a reason for that. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We were a party of 11 with different requests, dietary requirements and an allergy issue. Neelim were so helpful and made our meal into a lovely evening. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.”
“Very good hotel right at the city centre with some good views Very accessible and the car park is handy incase you drive. Good buffet selection available for breakfast. The room had no soap available in the bathroom, I wish this can be checked before a new guest is booked.”
“Absolutely loved staying in this Travelodge and can’t wait for my next visit and shall stay again. Staff so helpful. Rooms do clean. Loved their remote control hoover. Shopping centre was a treat. Also nice walks along the Clyde few mins from hotel and views of planes.”
