“Saw my favourite band there. Amazing place, great friendly staff, almost unbelievably cheap prices. Great venue. Will look to see future gigs there.”
“We have driven past the Robin Hood so many times over the years and just hadn't realised what we've been missing! Inside, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an authentic character which so many pubs have lost. The tick list includes: Good choice of real ales; dog friendly; real fire; friendly and enthusiastic staff; excellent quality food; broad choice menu; great value; homely decorations for the Christmas season. We were lucky to be there for the Early Bird Christmas Menu... 3 home cooked courses with all the trimmings. All courses well cooked, very tasty and great quality. We will be back... we didn't need to book this time as it was a wet and windy Wednesday lunchtime, but I think we'll book our next visit to avoid disappointment.”
“Amazing place , great atmosphere, the chocolate brownie was to die for. Honestly, I am not normally a sweets person, but that was so satisfying and really good quality coffee. I came to do some work and was so impressed with the quality of food and drink that I took time to write this review.”
“Excellent meal and service. Large portions so go hungry! We would definitely go again. We had the steaks served on the hot stones so were able to cook it to our own taste”
“What an amazing place. Selection is top notch and the atmosphere is spot on. If you prefer to be out in the beer garden then it has patio heaters for you booth. If that's not enough then pop inside and ask for a blanket. If you like your rums and gins, then they have you covered. The selection is unbelievable. If you are the indecisive type then ask the bar staff for a recommendation and you won't be disappointed!”
“Wow what a find We did a search for dog friendly places to have lunch in York. I have to say this is without a doubt the best pizza I have ever had. Hands down 100% my wife had the one with a whole Italian burrata so creamy I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good pizza”
“Superb restaurant. Friendly staff. Everything is cooked to order. So a little patience is required, especially if if the restaurant is full. The food is excellent. Well worth a visit but remember it's bookings only.”
“What a gem of a place! Friendly and welcoming staff. Fab selection of beers from local Elland Brewery (think it's pumped in from underground pipes!!) Relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a lovely interior. Oh and the beers are very reasonably priced. I'm thinking this could be my new local!!”
“Everything was perfect. Really nice atmosphere, great food. Couldn’t have been happier”
“Absolutely amazing little restaurant. The best carbonara I’ve eaten since Rome!! The food was authentic and so delicious. the staff made it such a special night. So relaxing and beautiful background music I would definitely recommend this little gem. We will be back in the New Year!”
“Lovely place, the staff were super attentive and the food was delicious.... My partner has one of the specials, spinach and pumpkin burger, which she adored. I had chicken and chips, it had some French sounding name that I can't remember for the life of me, but it was outstanding. The atmosphere was very calm and professional, we felt relaxed and kind of at home. I highly recommend this place, I would bet that lots of people come here for dates. Thank you for a great start to our day.”
“Went to a gig, Dead Belgian. Great band, the venue is small, intimate is probably what they say. Beer was outstanding at good prices. Friendly staff, bohemian good natured audience.”
“Came from Manchester today on the motorbike especially for their food. It was amazing as always. And the scones were delicious. See you again soon. Well worth the trip.”
“The food was nothing short of amazing! The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that no one leaves hungry, and every dish we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. The flavors were rich and satisfying, making it clear that a lot of care and attention goes into their preparation. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Endless Kettle and will certainly be returning in the future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a delicious and hearty breakfast in a charming setting!”
“It was a beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect for a wedding we were going to at the old barn. Val and Gerry made sure we were welcomed and well looked after. Lots of advice and tips for where to go for food and walks in the area. The room was HUGE and very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, the views were stunning too. Great choice for breakfast and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Just wish we could have stayed longer to make more of this beautiful place. Thanks so much for looking after us! Sophie and Dave x”
“Fabulous little bar that sells epic beer soaking cheese toasties. It was a bit quiet when I was here (to be expected at 1.30 on Wednesday afternoon) but I can imagine the atmosphere is amazing when it's busy. Keep up the good work guys.”
“Fab place! We popped in for lunch on our way home to Teesside and loved it so much we decided to book into a local hotel for the night and come back in the evening for drinks! Lovely staff, great atmosphere. The food is unreal and the beer selection is next level. Thanks for a great evening and we will be back soon!”
“We stopped for Pizza at Meanwood Tavern. Great pizza, not Neapolitan like it used to be in Oakwood (fluffy airy bases) but still delicious. We will return”

“The breakfast was so tasty and probably the best we’ve had in Leeds. The egg was runny and the bacon was crispy! Nothing was greasy on the plate which was a bonus… The staff were so friendly and approachable. The service was great and the food came out quickly. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back!”
“I had the most amazing time this evening, the wine was fabulous, the atmosphere was immaculate and all the workers were the best!! Definitely will be coming back! xx”
“Great boozer, nice range of kirkstall brewery beverages. Staff are pleasant. Easily best spot in Morley bottoms now as everywhere else seems to charge through the nose for sub par drinks.”
“Lovely home cooked food, plenty of choice on the menu. Excellent value for money, worth a visit.”
“Great place, food was amazing and my Favourite German beer on tap, it’s great to see a diverse selection of beers / drinks on offer. The staff were also very attentive.”
“What a night! Honestly couldn’t have been better. The owner is a top bloke and goes above and beyond to make sure your party is the best it can be. The venue is superb. Will definitely be booking again for future party’s. 10/10”

“Love living at the Headline. There are very nice communal areas and also fun events they put on for the residents (coaster making workshop, macrame workshop, summer and xmas parties, etc). Amazing and friendly staff too - Corinne, Coren, Joe and George. They are always willing to help and make you feel safe and comfortable living there.”
“Very much a village pub but don't let that put you off. The food was great and locals and owners had a good welcome for all. The price was also good... two mains and two halves of tap cider for £25.30. My wife asked for no chips and they provided the biggest chicken breast they had and extra salad. Great value.”
“Really enjoyed this pub great outdoor areas inside was full of character lots of oak beams and old world charm. Beer was excellent especially the viking golden ale. Prices were very good under £4 a pint. Dog and children friendly and an excellent welcome, highly recommended”
